This hotel was pretty disappointing. It's kind of far from the center of town- taking the bus was easy enough from the hotel but cabs were hard to come by during peak hours. The rooms were quite small and you couldn't control the temperature of your own room. The staff were friendly and spoke good english even though there was always a long chaotic line at reception. The pool and common areas were nice, although everything (including the rooms) looked a little dated and could have been cleaner. Wifi was really spotty and slow as well. Luckily we got a good deal on it and we were only there for one night.

Cannot fault in any way staff and service provided by this hotel. May be a little of the beaten path, but getting a travel card and using the local bus service only added to that feeling of really being part of Spain. Nothing to much trouble for the reception staff, or those that looked after us in the bars and restaurants'. Would not hesitate to visit again or recommend to anyone else.
My wife and I badly needed a break in which we would be looked after. This hotel certainly fulfilled that criteria.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink prices quite high even for a city. Large comfortable bedrooms with lovely marble ensuite. It was great that outdoor pool was open so early in the year. Disappointing that bistro only open 4 nights per week. It is a little off patch for central Seville sightseeing but is only a short by or taxi rude away .

Hotel was ideal for the deal we got. The breakfast is lovely, so much choice! Staff were not the most friendly i have came across, they would not go out your way to help you. Pool and facilities were up to a good standard, can become rather overcrowded in pool area though. The hotel is not in the centre of Seville but there is frequent buses to the centre of town which take ten/fifteen minutes. Good for value if you get one of the less expensive rooms.

The building is a bit tired and could do with a new coat of paint. The standard rooms are a little small and the décor a bit boring. We tried changing room but they are all the same. The bed is big and comfortable . Alas the view from our window was not inspiring as there is building going on and with the window open you could hear the noise. The bathroom was well equipped albeit small. Good points: the breakfast was the best I have ever seen. So much choice ! The swimming pool was also good surrounded by gardens and quite large. Alas you could not always get a sun bed or a towel. The cafeteria is good for snacks but terrible for meals ( we had to send our meal back as it was still chilled in the centre, it came back dehydrated and tasteless! ) Some of the other restaurants never opened. No much information in the rooms so had to keep asking at the reception desk. The Hamam is just a sauna and the gym is a little room with 4 machines. The hotel has no good views on any side and there is nothing of interest close by. The interior is tasteful and spacious and the staff friendly. the bus to the centre stops just around the corner but during the Feria we sometimes had to wait quite a while. I would rate this hotel more a 3 star than a 4 star as it needs improving. Would I chose it again? Probably not. I think I would go for one with a pool in the centre of the city.

Room Tip: Standard rooms are all the same . You can upgrade for 20 Euro per day more for Superior but they ar...

Stayed here with my wife and teenage children. This was a great option for us as they were able to provide us with a room with two double beds plus two single beds for the kids (in an alcove). The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The area around the hotel was safe and accessible to the center city. The common areas were beautiful and expansive. I would definitely stay here again.

The TV was from the Year One, the room and bathroom were small, and the hotel wasn't close to anything. The public areas and the pool were attractive. The breakfast was excellent. My advice to the management: invest in flat screens.
