The excellent audio guide made this visit special. The Hospital has a special and peaceful atmosphere, with an interesting and moving history. The exhibition is very small, with only two of the Goyas around which the foundation is based. However the explanation of the evolution of the styles is fascinating, and enlightening. I was lucky enough to hear the organ being played while I was visiting the church, which made it a special visit.

This is within easy walking distance of the centre. All you need is a good map - not as easy as it sounds because maps don't always have north at the top and you can spend some frustrating time trying to compare different tourist maps with each other. But it is worth persisting to find this little piece of history - shows that charity did not just begin with the modern era. We were lucky to find an exhibition of Velasquez. The chapel too was interesting.

Lovely building, great art which is well explained in a very clear audio guide. Well worth the entrance fee

Lovely painting exhibit and the building is delightful. If you've already seen the Museo de Bellas Artes in Seville, the Catedral, and the Alcazar, this should be next on your agenda.

A true oasis bang in the middle of overrun Barrio Cruz. Some wonderful Valesquez, Murrillo and Zubaran paintings too. Don't miss.
