The Basilica Macarena is stuffed with ostentacious trinkets, which I suspect were rather lost on us. We found the bling to be in dubious taste, but it's not our religion, so no doubt the significance wasn't obvious to us. Certainly, there were plenty of people who were moved by the spectacle. This is an important site for Seville, so I think it's definitely worth seeing for that, but it depends on your view of the world on whether you'll truly enjoy it!
