“This is a great way to see and learn about Seville”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 27, 2013

I recently hosted a conference near Seville, and took about 100 people to Seville during some unstructured time. About 60 of them, including myself, took the Sevirama topless double-decker bus tour around Seville to get our bearings before getting out and walking. We learned a lot of fascinating facts about Seville, as they narrate the different points of interest over headphones in several different languages. The tour is not only a great way to get the lay of the land, but to go from site to site easily as well. Because we were a group, we received a great price, and Angela, our agent, was extremely helpful, giving maps to everyone in our group and going beyond the call of duty to serve us. We did the same thing in 2009, and Angela helped us then, too. It was great having an agent who really cared about our needs and served us so well. I have referred other groups to Sevirama as well for their conference activities. I know there is competitionn for the tours market but I honestly don't know why I wouldn't continue to use Sevirama if I do another conference near Seville.

“Scammed”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 18, 2012

AVOID! We were sold a ticket by a woman who spoke good english for the afternoon bus tour at 11am. She ripped out ticket there which we thought was just routine. When we arrived in the afternoon we were told that there was no buses leaving that afternoon. The woman was there and she said that our ticket was ripped so we must have been on the bus, and that the office was closed and we could not get a refund. I say she told us, but actually we had to get this translated, since suddenly she no longer spoke any English.

“Torture”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 10, 2012

Today, August 10, we paid full fare for five individuals. The tour was not just a waste of time, it was simply torture. They had assured us the bus was air-conditioned. It was, until we departed, then the driver turned it off. Seville this time of year is like an oven. When my wife complained, the driver was abusive. We complained to the ticket-seller at the end, who seemed completely uninterested. Please -- avoid this company: it is a total fraud!

“Terrible! Don't waste your time and money”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2012

Spent most of the bus journey on meaningless main roads or going past derelict sites with awful commentary. Rarely goes near anything you would want to visit. Air conditioning not working on one bus. Complete waste of time and money - don't bother.

“DON'T MISS THE WALKING TOUR”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2011

Your hotel may offer tickets with a 20% discount. Hosteria del Larel did and at E12.50 per person it was great value for money. At full price - I'm not so sure. The open top bus is typical of this format in many cities worldwide. The optional walking tour raised the experience freom good to great. Our guide, Marie, is enthusiastic, fun and all round great You'll pay no extra to take the walking tour. Marie made up for the rudeness of a colleague earlier in the day who resented our additional questions about bus stops and activities.
