I spent a very relaxing afternoon here having a brilliant tasting menu cooked exclusively for me. The food was superb, I had the choice of traditional or modern style and I chose modern. The quality was excellent with an amazing fusion of flavours and great wine to compliment. I've dined at the Chef's table at Maze in London and this was a Sevillian equivalent with a very open and personal touch.
