This is off the beaten track over in Barrio Triana. It is absolutely worth the walk across the river though. This is a splendid local joint (I doubt they see many tourists ever here) with the tastiest “Punta” you will ever find. Other good options include the mushrooms and lamb. Like a lot of the better local places in Seville, it is also very cheap – well under €30 for 6 glasses of wine and 5 tapas (there were two of us!!). Everyone visiting Seville should pay here a visit.

The downstairs is a tapas bar with about 5 tables inside. The photos make it look much bigger than it is. Upstairs is a room for full meals that we didn't see. The staff were cheery and we were able to order vegetable tapas for about the first time! Stuffed mushroom caps and a beet salad. I have to wonder about the Spanish diet as after a week touring around Andalusia we were getting desperate for non canned fruits and vegetables.

Very good tapas and friendly staff. Fair price compared to the quality. It's absolutely a visit worth.

We were given a recommendation by Hotel Monte Triana as we were looking for authentic Spanish Tapas and we were not disappointed. The place was packed with Spanish people and not another tourist in sight. They have an english menu but no one there speaks english.
There was a lot of pointing and smiling and when the food came it was to die for. I ate so much the chef actually came out to have a look, It was great !!

I managed an award winning restaurant for many years and i will go to Las Golondrinas every time I visit Seville. As authentic as you can get. A+
