“In the heart of Seville”

Cool hotel in the middle of the old town.
Close to nightlife and the staff is excellent.
A very interesting taxi ride will take you through some veeeeery narrow streets on the way there....

Good value for money.

I will be back.
Seville is an amazing city..........

Four of us stayed at this Hotel recently for 4 days from 4th Feb - 7th Feb. It is a good Hotel and because of its' location it suited us well. We also got a 40% discount which went some way to paying for the car park! Lovely rooms with all facilities. We didn't experience the swimming pool for obvious reasons at this time of year! We did not eat in the Hotel as there were so many eating places in the streets around the Hotel. We could have breakfast in a little café called Gusto for half the price that the Hotel would charge! It is impossible to park near to the Hotel so had to park in underground paying car park which was expensive. The beds were too firm for us as well.

Room Tip: There is a lift to all floors. Because of the difficulty in getting a car near to the Hotel, don'...

Stayed here for one night only so I did not have a chance to meet all the aspects and features of this hotel.
The location is superb. Just two minutes from the cathedral and the center of the old city.
The physical condition on the hotel is not very high and requires improvement. Nothing was bad, nothing was broken or dirty. It was clean and satisfactory, but it was not a high-level experience.
However, if you want an excellent location in the heart of the old city and you don't plan on spending all your day in the hotel - I recommend this hotel.
Staff were very friendly and speak English at a good level.
No free WiFi Internet in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights mid September. We had booked the Fontecruz and they off loaded us to Los Seises without informing us prior to our arrival! Very difficult to locate, no bar, no restaurant, totally soulless, pool area very shabby and dirty, bath towels resemble a dish rag, broken toilet seat, chipped tiles around the bath, poor quality furnishings, dirty terrace.
They offered us a free mini bar that was stocked only with soft drinks!!!
Needless to say we will not be returning to ' Los Seises' !
One positive note... The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and somewhat embarrassed with the poor quality etc.

Just tucked around the back of the cathedral easy access to bars and shops.
Pool and room with a view. On site attractions, great location, good price. There was some
work going on which was no real problem, that might be why we had a free mini bar.

Room Tip: Get a room with a cathedral view. Didn't see a spa or fitness centre, may be doing one but had to...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in August. Los Seises has just been taken over by Fontecruz Hotels so is no longer managed by Husa. There was some work going on during our stay but it didnt bother us at all. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent location. We will definately use this hotel again and will be interested to see what Fontecruz has done to improve the hotel. I'm sure with a bit of TLC it will be perfect.

Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and spacious and lovely decor . Great central location but very very diffcult to find. We were not warned that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment so had no kitchen/bar facilities at all which gave a somewhat desolate air to the place. We felt we were rattling round in a great empty shell of a building and glad we had only booked one night, though rooftop pool really lovely.

Room Tip: We had a ground floor room and noise from moving furniture above seemed very loud.
