“So much marvellous art”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 17, 2013

There is so much here of the highest quality. The museum is set in a former convent and the convent church is worth seeing for its own sake as well as for the art (especially the Murillos) in it.

“Saw the Garcia Ramos Exhibition”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2013

The Garcia Ramos Exhibition was very entertaining because he was a very good artist, although he is not well known. The best painting in the exhibition is titled "Malvaloca", showing a beautiful Andalusian woman staring at the viewer. The woman is dressed in typical Andalusian costume.

The exhibition was free.

“And its free”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2013

Tucked away in one of the quieter streets this museum is worth a quick walk around (1hr),and its free to foreigners. A lot of religeous art as you might expect, but there are plenty of other fine works to enjoy. The builing has lovely courtyards and cloisters.
