“Spectacular!”
Reviewed August 23, 2013

The Cathedral of Seville is a testament to the wealth of 15th century Spain. Although we didn't climb the Giralda, we spent quite a while admiring the different types of architecture and the statues inside the Cathedral. The Treasury was spectacular (though not quite as extensive as the Treasury of the Hapsburgs in Vienna.) A treat for the eyes, nonetheless.

“Prefer Toledo”
Reviewed August 22, 2013

We so enjoyed Toledo cathedral. It was 8 euros including the audio and we were so impressed we spent a couple of hours there. We then went to the cathedral in Seville. 11 euros including the audio which was pretty ordinary. Everything in the Seville cathedral felt closed off. We did enjoy it but I have to say we found Toledo a much more rewarding experience

“An Amazing Sight”
Reviewed August 21, 2013

This has to be one of the worlds most amazing houses of worship
The cathedral was build at different times and has many different
Styles. The grave of Christopher Columbus is truly a work of art and has to be seen.
The treasury has many beautiful and amazing works of art.
It can get hot in the summer inside the Cathedral but it's well
Worth the visit

The Cathdral was spectacular, and quite interesting. It is one of the best sights of Seville.Even with some of it being restored and closed it was still worth a visit.

“Third largest cathedral”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

Number 1 is St. Peter's in Rome, number 2 is St. Paul's in London and, this cathedral is Number 3 and dedicated to St Mary.....so that's Peter, Paul and Mary! It's massive inside, although a little disorganised But the climb to the top of the Giralda tower gives you a fantastic view of the city. The Tomb of Christopher Columbus is also a must. Well worth the visit,
