Hostel was cheap, get what you pay for. One bathroom on the whole floor. Kitchen to use but all cupboards were locked and no fridge. Room was big with lockers. Clean hostel. Parking just up the road. Not too far from town.

Stayed: October 2016, traveled solo

Area is run down. To gain access to the bedrooms requires climbing at least four flights of stairs. The room was small being not much larger than the double bed. The mattress had seen better days and was on its last legs. The sheets and towels did not look clean and the sheets being wrinkled might not have been laundered since the previous occupant. The bathroom was rather minimal, had no plug for the hand basin and the shower cubicle had barely enough room to turn round for a medium sized person (it is doubtful whether a large person would have even got in there.) There are various steps that create tripping hazards. There are very few places nearby where one can get meals other than raciones, tapas or ethnic cuisine although there are a few small supermarkets where one can get the makings for a cold snack. The TV only worked briefly and thereafter refused to obey the remote control or the controls on the front of the set. Parking is expensive, in the open in a compound on the opposite side of the road. The wi-fi cannot take the load. There were only a few staying while we were there but there was a lot of buffering, rendering it almost useless. We do not plan to return despite its closeness to where we want to be for our early morning appointments.

The only plus point:
It was convenient (just 100m away) for where we had an early appointment.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else

Good afternoon, we thank you for your comment so we can mejorar. No I get to understand how some people by staying at the same establishment you put enough good comments and other so bad, will be because there are people who know they come to a pension and others come pensions wanting the same amenities and size of hotel rooms and not paying the fees that have hotels. regards

I booked this hostel via budgetplace couple of days in advance and although the invoice i got had one price on it, once i arrived in the hotel I found out they charged me 5 eurs more from my credit card. The towels and sheets are not included in price and are on request so I brought mine but they already included it in the price without my consent. Also, asked for extra 10 eur deposit etc. Also, they don't speak English so any attempt to communicate with them failed. The hostel is not good for people with loads of luggage since they dont have elevators but narrow steep steps ,not possible for two person to meet on the stairs. They are not helpful at all. The bathroom was clean and that's the only good thing, beds were old but OK. Location is also good, 5 min walking from Sevilla Main train station - Santa Justa.

Room Tip: Ask for room number 14 , it has wider beds and a balcony, unlikely other "closet" rooms you get for the same price.

This pension is well situated, less than 10 minutes from Santa Justa Station and 15 minutes walk from the Sevilla city center (honestly not that far away). The room we stayed in was really simple and small. The pension doesn't have a breakfast option. We got what we expected seeing the price we paid. This is an OK budget hotel and a good choise if you're travelling with a small budget. For a longer romantic holiday it's probably not suitable.

They have great potential: a really nice and sunny terrace, that better organized would be amazing in spring and summer.
Prices Are good.
Cleaning is not excellent at all, and the kitchen is not enough organized. There is not a organized Common space Where would be possible to socialize. The contact with reception is pretty hard even If the guys working there Are Nice people.

Honestly: i left this place pretty disappointed.
