Our party of 5 recently stayed in 2 luxury apartments for 4 days. We couldn't have made a better decision! We pre-booked about a month beforehand, hassle-free. The rooms were big, the beds comfortable. Each luxury apartment could easily fit 3-4 people. The sofa-bed was showing its age, but that's really a very minor point..No noise at all from the street. The kitchen was well equipped with an oven/microwave and utensils/china enough for 5 per room. The washing machine worked very well.

Location wise it is about a 15 minute walk from the cathedral but most sights in Seville are walking distance for each other. This is a good base to see Seville. The nearest stop for the hop on/hop off bus is 5 mins away and there are many minimarts and a supermarket a stone's throw away.

Marina and Esme couldn't have been more accommodating. They helped with booking the tourist bus, the flamenco show and recommended restaurants to eat in. Very helpful and friendly.

Book this apartment and you won't regret it!

Tip: Reception is not at #10 Conde de Torrejon (this is the entrance for checked-in guests). Ask Marina/Esme/Stephanie for directions so the taxi drivers don't get confused. Ours actually dropped us off a street away despite all our luggage since she didn't want to go all the way around just to find the reception.

Would recommend these apartments as a base for seeing beautiful Seville. They have everything you need. Thanks to Esme for her help in booking a show, taxi, recommendations etc and answering all our questions. The location is quiet and peaceful above all the apartment was very very clean. Only a 15 minute walk to the historic Cathederal area and you can walk everywhere in Seville. Good value.

I had booked two apartments (two bed room + one bed room) for my family group of ten 6 adults, 4 children. The location of the apartments is in the old district of Seville, which meant that all the major landmarks and quaint restaurants were either within walking distance or at most a short taxi ride away. The only downside was that a lot of the lanes and by-lanes are one way traffic and very narrow so we had quite a task just finding the place.
The apartments are spotless, spacious and very well equipped with all the gadgets and amenities found in a modern home - air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric cooker, toaster, etc. We stayed for two nights and were extremely comfortable; the kids slept on sofa beds in the living room and thoroughly enjoyed the adventure.

We were welcomed quite heartily by Stephanie and Marina who helped us with getting our bearings in the city and recommended places to eat and party. The only disappointment we faced was that they had bungled with our booking although I had booked in early April - one apartment instead of two. However, they were quick in setting things right and by evening we were given the second apartment as well.

Our family of FOUR spent two nights at Conde De Torrezon 10 in late-July, 2012. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Conde De Torrezon 10. It was a cozy one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed and fully furnished with all utensils, a large refrigerator and microwave. The unit was among 6-8 apartments and superbly maintained. The location was FANTASTIC and central within the historic district. Marina and Stefanie ensured that all our needs were met and gave us all requisite information to make our stay enjoyable....It was the best value for money in all respects and we STRONLY ENDORSE this property in Seville....Richa, USA

My husband and I pre-paid for a one-room apartment for 4 nights through booking.com. The best value for our money out of all the places we stayed on our trip to Portugal and Spain. Although we were a little leery when the cab driver pulled up to the front door of the apartment building, we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully decorated apartment with more than adequate room for the two of us. The quiet room was facing the court yard, had a very modern kitchen and comfortable beds. Esme and Stephania are very friendly and helpful with tips and advise on anything you may ask of them. The only slight negative about our apartment was the tiny shower - you might compare it with a shower on a cruise ship. The apartment is on a quiet street and yet very close to all the attractions. Seville is such a beautiful city and well worth the visit.

Thankyou first of all to Esme and Stephania.
We had a lovely stay. We booked a family apartment which was super adequate for our family of two adults and two grown up kids.
Apartment has a fair number of kitchen utensils and tools - ours had a sandwich toaster but not a toaster - we asked for one and some extra pans and got them immediately. Then staff went out of their way to show us points of interest and nearby supermarket, pharmacy etc. Very well located in the historic centre, minutes form the central market and cathedral. Lots of buzzing places to eat and drink down the road. Wifi was a bit erratic.
Service was excellent - daily cleaning and they ran the dishwasher for us. We asked for an adapter for the laptop but they couldn't find one. But immediately they came back with a laptop for our use and the kids were thrilled.
Not needed, but we all got little gifts when we left. Charming place and we'd happily recommend it.

Room Tip: We preferred the rooms on the first and higher floors to the ground floor duplex which our friends b...

We stayed at the apartments for 2 nights and couldn't have been happier. Marina and Esme were so helpful re advising things to see & do & where to eat in the evenings – even going so far as to put our washing on for us & then hang it out!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 terraces & the upstairs terrace was a great place to sit in early evening to have a quiet drink after the heat of the day and see over the rooftops of the city. The apartments were very well situated down some quaint alleyways - close enough to the heart of the city for a short walk, but without the noise. In the other direction were some good coffee shops to go for breakfast in the morning & also the river was over that way if you wanted to go for a stroll along the pathways. We happened to be there on a weekend during festival time when many children had their first communions & there were also lots of weddings in all the churches & it was wonderful seeing the families all dressed up & how much trouble they all went to and how proud they all looked.

We enjoyed Seville very much & the apartments are a great base from which to see the city.
