This was our second visit to Casa 1800, we stayed here last year as well. It was as we remembered it: beautiful hotel, peaceful atmosphere and amazingly friendly & helpful staff. Staying here is a treat, as Seville can be quite busy when out & about, but inside the hotel it feels like a different world. Beautiful covered courtyard that serves a a lobby/breakfast room, with a free-of-charge tea time each day between 16:30 and 18:30 with sweet & savory snacks, coffee/tea and sodas. Tranquility is everywhere and really allows you to relax and enjoy. They have a small but very nice rooftop terrace and our room (standard room) was not too big, but very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful bathroom with tub and even a tiny ground floor terrace with seating area. As mentioned, the staff are always helpful and kind, with great tips for sightseeing or just a friendly chat. We greatly recommend the hotel and when in Seville again, we will return!

Beautiful hotel - a beautifully renovated hotel that still leaves some of the original details of the old building in tact. The service is fantastic and every detail in the room was well thought out to maximize guest comfort. The hotel is very well located in Seville - convenient to everything! I would stay there again next time we are in Seville.

Beautiful Hotel in the centre of Sevilla. Just 100 meters from the cathedral and just 5 meters from the spectacular Bodega Santa Cruz, this place is just in the perfect location to explore Sevilla. Rooms are nice, but relatively small. Breakfast was not included in our rate but was worth the money. In the afternoon, a complimentary coffee with snacks is available (if there is still capacity after going to the Bodega across the road). Wifi is free, reliable and fast. We stayed here in December and got a great rate that was worth every Cent. I would stay here again.
(The desk is rather small, so the hotel might not be first choice if you have work in the room)

We had a small room looking out towards the Cathedral. Perfect location, walked everywhere. Staff extremely helpful, printing routes and maps and we continued our journey to Ronda . Nice breakfast in courtyard. Highly recommend .

Following advice from T A reviews, we stayed at this hotel in February. Its charming layout around an old enclosed patio meant that our room, 204, was peaceful despite the hotel's excellent location in the heart of the lively old Santa Cruz area, only about 200 yards from the Cathedral.
Rooms aren't enormous but who cares when the location is so fantastic. Another really nice touch was afternoon tea (very generous help yourself spread) is provided in the beautiful patio from 4.30 till 6, so when we came back from a hard day's sightseeing, we could relax in comfy chairs, browsing for a restaurant for dinner (free wifi with good connection).
Finally, it's much cheaper to have a tasty Spanish breakfast in the traditional bodega just two steps from the hotel.
Would definitely recommend Casa 1800 !
