We offer a plunge pool because is the perfect spot for a dip after an intense day enjoying the city attractions, and also have a number of important health benefits and positive attributes. The rooftop is protected too as a Site of Cultural Interest, therefore It is the only type of pool suitable which could be built. We are sorry if the pool not live up to your expectations. About the access to the parking, we will consider your feedback, and we will pass to the managers to improve our services. We hope we may have the chance of welcoming you back on a future occasion.

I would like to express my sincere regret if your stay with us did not meet your expectations. For the uninitiated to the property, it might help when it is mentioned the old parts of the palace have been sympathetically restored to keep in character with its listed status.We completely understand how important a comfortable and quiet environment is. Hospitality is our profession; the pleasure of pleasing customers our driving force and we are here to listen to your desires and try to fulfill all your needs, Our value, our hotel,has the soul of that century and the conveniences of the 21st. For potential contributors and readers of your review we would like to point, that we have five different room categories, with different views and sizes from 25m2 to 70m2, that we would kindly show you next time you decide visit us in order to find that one which best suits your needs. Each room has been specifically designed to respect the existing architecture for this reason, they're all completely different and whereas some have bigger windows and more light, others have higher ceilings and different bathrooms. Concerning the location of our Hotel please let me highlight that it is situated in Jesús de la Redención Square, in the heart of the historic centre of Sevilla, in the Alfalfa- Encarnación quarter. Close to such well-known places as the Casa Pilatos, the convents of San Leandro and Santa María de Jesús and the churches of Santa Catalina, San Pedro and San Esteban. Only 7 minutes Walking from the Metrosol Parasol, 10 minutes walking to the cathedral and 5 minutes walking to the Traditional shopping streets.
