The amenities, staff, room, bedding, etc are all excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the meticulous condition of the room and how everything just worked. The staff is more than helpful and the foyer leading to the main courtyard is simply wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again nor recommending this hotel to friends/family.

The Hotel Palacio in Seville was outstanding. The rooms and furnishings are top notch, and the service is great without being over-intrusive. Free mini-bar drinks and free WiFi are nice touches. The location is also terrific - close to everything. I would recommend this to anyone.

The hotel was truly beautiful and it was like we were in a former palatial hacienda - so well preserved and restored. The courtyards and lobby area furnishings were classy and cosmopolitan. Our room and bath was amazing and had a very hip feel, the older teens loved that. We could have hung out in the room all day and they wouldn't have complained! We had noisy neighbors upstairs who arrived home in the wee hours of the morning and woke us up with walking around, showering, etc so soundproofing isn't the best. Staff was gracious and extremely accommodating. It is not a 5 star by American standards, closer to a 4 or 4.5 but really a terrific property. Location is a bit of a walk from the main sights of Seville so a hike at the end of long day. Overall, we loved it and would return in a heartbeat, however.

It was a treat to be in your villa. A gem tucked away in the middle of nowwhere.
The room's design and colour was firlst class, our room was spacious.
Service was excellent.
My breakfast, although pricey, was good for a queen.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while in Seville and agree with the other reviews. In general, it is a beautiful hotel with very pleasant staff all around--at the front checking in and also in the restaurant (which was FANTASTIC). The room itself was in an excellent location within the hotel--very quiet across a courtyward with tables and lounge chairs. I never saw anyone sitting in this courtyard (probably because it was so hot outside). The room was large with high ceilings and the shower DOES have something like 8 shower heads--terrific! As I mentioned, it was VERY hot in Seville when we were there, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the lcoation of the hotel--we kept getting lost walking to the center of the town! At the end of our stay there, one of the hotel staff gave us a good tip--stick to the main roads and it's much easier to walk to the center of the town. If we had learned that tip at the beginning of our stay, I am certain we would not have gotten lost so many times. I realize that getting lost on the narrow streets of Seville is a thing to do there, but when it is so hot outside, it really made it difficult to have a hotel that was a bit out of the way. Thus, perhaps be forewarned that the location of the hotel is about a 15 min walk from the center (if you know where you are going)--a much longer walk, obviously, if you lose your way on the narrow streets. Again, stick to the main streets and you will be fine.
All told, this was a GREAT place to stay--beautiful and pleasant. A very memorable visit.
Also--one tip while you are in Seville--go see flamenco! We went to see Casa de Memoria--one of the highlights of our trip to Spain (no a/c however).

My husband and we were very happy and comfortable with our stay, but we found the location of this hotel far from the 'main part of town'. It was probably 20-25 min walk to the heart of where all the restaurants/shops/cafes are.

The hotel itself was very nice, modern, and sophisticated. The staff are also incredibly helpful and willing to help anytime.
