We stayed here for three nights, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us with directions and dinner bookings (with two great recommendations). The hotel is stunning, very cool and calm, with a lovely outside area. Our room was on the top floor, and consistent with other reviews we did find it rather dark and on the small side. The furnishings and fittings were excellent though (particularly the shower/bath), and the aircon was superbly efficient. Location-wise its slightly off centre, but the walk is short and very cool through narrow alley-ways and quiet streets, and only five minutes away from two excellent restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Avoid the standard rooms on the top floor

Wonderful hotel! It's in a gorgeous, luxurious old mansion, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and attractive. The staff is SO helpful - they really take customer service to the next level.

Only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were a little flat, but I was so exhausted from sightseeing that it didn't really matter.

The hotel is a converted 15th century Sevilla Mansion in the middle of the historical district. The Alma company has done a marvelous conversion to a midsize hotel. There is a open baroque plaza at the hotel entrance, and then a more modern patio region behind this which is very private, and food and drink service is available thereat all times. We stayed in 2 different rooms that were both spacious and luxurious. The staff is courteous and friendly. A delightful restaurant exists in the cellar which has beautiful arched gothic ceilings; food is good but overpriced. Probably the most unique but also the best conceived boutique hotel I have ever stayed at.

It is a nice hotel in the center of Seville. Modern comfort in the old building. good value for money.
The only pity is that as far as I understood all rooms doesn't have any great views. So if you have to choose, I think it is better to take a room overlooking courtyard. at least it will be quite.
The hotel has an extensive spa list, but we did not have a chance to try it.

Room Tip: all rooms does not have a great view ((

Beautiful, historic lobby, attentive and knowledgable staff. Luxuriously appointed suites blending old world architecture with elegant and temporary decor. Granite bath room with separate shower with multi head showers , and very large, romantic soaking tup - very soothing! Heavenly bed with fluffy down comforters. The only negative is the integrated lighting system in the room, which is complicated and difficult to control.

Room Tip: If your budgets allow; book one of the suites - they are gorgeous...

This ultra modern hotel is where a previous palace was (?) and the layout of the rooms is rather quirky. Several times I had to remind myself where to go to get to our room. The service is indifferent mostly, though there was one superb receptionist and and outstanding lad Remi who served us in the dining room, for coffee and also as a porter. We will in Seville for Semana Santa, and we all thought we did not get all the information that we wanted from the concierges. The rooms were very modern, posh and you can't disagree with all those shower heads in the shower. I thought our room gave more space to the bathtub, double sinks and separate shower, than to the actual bedroom itself. The lobby is in an open courtyard. Beautiful, but as it rains frequently in Seville, so- inconvenient. We did not think the Euro 20 for breakfast was worth it but rather went to local cafes instead. The dining room looks like an after thought and not attractive at all. Maybe they should just skip that facility all together. But then if one had Remi to serve you, you forgot all that. The free wifi is spotty in the bedrooms. There was a spa, and my roommate made use of it daily, so I suppose he was satisfied.

It is worth staying here just for the building. Wonderful place - beautiful architecture, courtyards, tiles, neat rooms. Staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good, but not a huge selection. I would stay again.
