“Excellent modern food, original setting”
Reviewed July 9, 2012

This restaurant focuses on original dishes, more on the bio side but you will not leave hungry. Everything was excellent.

The setting is minimal but quite functional, in a friendly atmosphere.

The selection of wines is impressive in quantity and quality.

“Don't miss it...”
Reviewed July 8, 2012

We're always interested in local, organic and tasty, and this newish site in Sevilla fulfills all three. The menu is new daily, and our waiter explained each item as we reviewed our choices. Finally, a mixed salad and the duck and risotto. We're not particularly frequent or sophisticated travellers, but this dish was exquisite, as was the desert--vanilla ice cream in puree of honeydew melon garnished with seasonal fruit. Wine selections were excellent, and the chefs/owners, and waiter, seemed as happy as we were that we enjoyed our dinner. A bit of a dedicated walk from the Sierpes area, well worth the trip. Highly recommended.

“Got to go a long way to top the duck risotto”
Reviewed July 7, 2012 via mobile

Nice restaurant tucked away off the beaten track. When u arrive you get given a chalk board with all the days dishes on them. Worth sharing one as a starter then a mains each. We had the iberico ham on toast then the duck risotto and the fillet of beef. Risotto was lovely but the beef was let down by only having apples as an accompaniment and some puréed veg. Good wine choice on the board and staff very friendly and attentive. Only fault would be that there is only 1 menu board so if another table has it you have a ten mins wait for your turn.... Deffo worth checking out though.

“Wow!”
Reviewed June 28, 2012

We visited here on a Thursday night (no reservation needed) and were blown away by both the service and the food. The waiter (We didn't get the name) took the time to explain every dish despite little English and spent a good 10 minutes explaining it to us. My partner chose the crispy rice with duck which the waiter explained is their main dish which people come from miles around to eat. I chose the salmon. Both were utterly delicious. In fact so delicious we booked again for the following night and my partner ordered the same dish again! The second night was not quite as good - I had a seafood risotto which was still amazing but didn't live up to the salmon and our waiter was not in and the replacement knew no english, which was fine. The restaurant is relatively expensive in comparison to most of seville - the first night came to €50 - with olives, 2 mains, 1 dessert to share, a cocktail, 2 wines and a beer and the second night €30 but still much cheaper to the equivalent in most towns. Can't wait to return!
