We ventured into Emporion on the advice of friends who had sampled their tapas in the hotel lobby. To our pleasant surprise, the beautiful wood paneled dining room, accessorized with old leather wallpaper, crystal, and linens, offered a quiet escape from the standard tapas scene, as well as an interesting, and reasonably priced menu. The offerings were innovative small plates, and we had to limit our choices, although we could easily have tried more, since all were excellent! Even though we had the restaurant to ourselves, it was a great meal. More people should try it!
