I am not sure what I can say about this wonderful restaurant that will do it justice. We came in at around 10 pm (so late for us Americans!) after an amazing experience of Flamenco at the Casa de la Memoria Cultural Experience (HIGHLY recommended) and sat at the bar. The other customers were mostly locals. Despite speaking pretty decent Spanish, menu translations are difficult for us and we spent several minutes trying to figure things out. The owner saw us struggling and came to our rescue. He was so kind and helpful and fun to chat with! You could tell the staff genuinely cared about the happiness of the customers. He walked us through the menu and gave us recommendations- and WOW. That was some tasty food. I think my favorite was the Coquinas- baby artichokes and clams in a butter, garlic, white wine sauce. My husband's favorite was the squid and squid ink dish with iberico ham. Everything was incredible. We ended up trying a lot of their wines by the glass- all amazing. Do get dessert! I loved this restaurant because of the quality of the entire experience. When we were there, we felt like family, like locals. What an amazing night. One last note- the prices were VERY reasonable. Our meal was 50 euro and we felt like we ate (and drank) like kings.

Loved this place....great tapas, friendly service that cares and food to match - 5 stars from me. Try the brioche ice cream sandwich, it looked great, but I had already eaten one dessert so had to give it a miss.......next time!!

The concierge at our hotel recommended this tapas bar. It was our first meal in Seville, and the experience was memorable. We were lucky to arrive when we did because this small bar was soon packed, primarily with locals. The food was impeccably prepared and delicious. The wine our server was the perfect accompaniment for our tapas. Definitely make a point to call in when visiting Sevilla!

We got to the Zaragoza branch at 8.45pm sharp to make sure that we got a table at the bar when it opened at 9pm. Within 10 min the place was full, and they do not take reservations.

Great atmosphere, really innovative tasty tapas. Definately not the usual Spanish classics. All the food was cooked well, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty.
We tried the cheese plate, the octopus, tuna belly, mini burger and salmon tartare. They were all good but the tuna belly and salmon tartare were exceptional. The bar staff were very friendly, helpful with suggestion, especially with the wines by the glass.

We stumbled out laughing, full and happy.

This is the place where you can have perfectly prepared tapas (and also bigger dishes) with modern twist while having a nice glass of wine. This restaurant seem usually packed up (even in lunch), so be prepared to wait or better grab a space at bar (having a bar stool would be best option). In any case, you would end up having perfect food (in a comfortable way or not).

"chief's croquet" would be nice start for those who are new to tapas culture, and also this will support your ideas about how other plates would like to be. To tell the truth anything you would choose would be great new adventure and you won't be disappointed. Well. carry a dictionary if you are cautious or if you are on a specific diet. Modern twist is making the food comfortable for anyone and easy.

Kitchen and the bar service is quite snappy, even in their peak time. Do not miss the orange cream dessert with a scoop of an ice cream & lemon sorbet. The prices are great for this kind of superior food.

You should avoid this restaurant only if you are looking for a silent & cool dining experience.
