We often travel to Huelva on business and were charmed by the creativity and the quality of the tapas at La Mirta. The menu is creative and the exectution is very good. We were impressed by the piquillo peppers stuffed with bacalao, as well as with the various types of vegetables and rices on the menu. Three or four types of tapas and raciones with octopus. In all, a wide selection to explore and I very much look forward to my next visit (although the wines aren't quite as good as they might be for this quality of food menu). The restaurant is located on one of the principal streets that lead into the Plaza de las Monjas, close to some of the better hotels in the city, and there is plenty of interesting people watching to be had if you sit at the outside tables. I would strongly recommend La Mirta to anyone visiting Huelva.
