I stayed in a single room at the back of the ground floor, which in spite of being small was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were weloming and helpful, giving me advice on where to go and what to see. It's centrally located (but not in the most busy areas) with good bars and restaurants nearby. It's very good value and a good place to stay.

Room Tip: One night there was a quite a bit of noise outside - quite loud if you're on the ground floor.

We truly enjoyed this hotel! It was clean, well appointed, had good wifi in the rooms and a very friendly and multilingual staff. Although not so close to major attraction as to be over run by tourists, it is on a main bus route, near a really good local and inexpensive restaurant and a fun place to stay.

We had a 3 night stay at this hotel (11-14 Oct) while visiting our son at university. The hotel is very central, comfortable and great value for money. Our 3rd floor bedroom was spotless as was the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and gave us maps pointing out places of interest, etc. We would highly recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

I have stayed here for 2 nights and had a good time. In the beginning it was difficult to find the hotel from the Trainstation, but when I knew the wright direction it will be normally a 10 minute walk. I have stayed in a handicaproom (not necessary for me) on the ground floor. It was a good room with a quit situation. Bathroom very good for people in a wheelchair, only between the wall and the bed it was a bit small to pass with a wheelchair. Beds were really comfortable. No safe in the room, but you can use the safe at the reception. In a short time you walk to all the beautifull sights of Granada

we had a four night stay at this hotel in august 2013. when booking the hotel i accidentally put in the wrong dates and despite many phone calls i could not get any one to speak to in order to change the dates. so we went on the dates i punched into the computer. on arrival a very snarly lady at reception told us that we were not registered and we would have to forfeit our booking and money. luckily another receptionist was present and came to our rescue. his name is miguel and he quickly reassigned us a room which was in the rear of the hotel. a very quiet room. large enough with nice bathroom. great location just on the outskirts of the hub of old granada. very easy walking distance to restaurants, sites etc. once again miguel who normally worked the day shift helped us with all our queeries and bookings. he made our stay extremely enjoyable. i would return to this hotel if visiting granada again.
