Owner description: Granada City Tour is the 'Hop on & Hop off' service of this magical Spanish city. Our service offers you a unique experience in Granada on board our train built specially for taking you to the narrow and characteristic streets of this city. You can do the tour in a single trip or go on and off as many times as you wish to explore the city on your own. Let yourself be enchanted by La Alhambra, Jardines del Generalife and Palacio de Carlos V; go through Puerta de las Granadas, the most beautiful and historical gates in the city; look at the Cathedral, the first Renaissance church in Spain. Enjoy Granada with us!

I've taken this tour twice with different sets of friends. It's a good way to get around the city but the audio is very uninteresting. You can hear the tour in different languages but it is so BORING. The history of Granada is fascinating yet the tour does not take advantage of the stories or tell them in an entertaining way. Also, the train should go by some of the main part of the city. It tends to go by the streets were there is a lot of graffiti rather than the fun shops in the city. If you are in Granada and do not like to walk it is the best option.

bought the two day ticket which included night tour also. Very good value for money with english commentary if needed. All staff helpful and bi lingual and the environment friendly vehicle was a bonus, frequency about every 20 mins so very convenient.Stops are clearly marked and easily found. Hold on to your hat. the ride is quite wild at times but in hot weather you could never walk the itinerary so a blessing when temps around 30 degrees. One suggestion, some of the stops are good way from the attraction mentioned ie Corte Ingles store. Some indication as to how to get there once disembarked would be helpful.

We were going to hop on and off with our friend who has a heart condition. Great idea eh? Apparently not, we had the app that told us when a bus was arriving, so we didn't have to wait to too long in the hot sun. It turned up and although it wasn't totally full didn't pick up a single passenger and after saying that we should form a queue, drove off! The next was also full, but the driver took some of us on.
So we got to Alhambra, after stopping for ages at each stop although we were full, got off and visited Alhambra.
We then tried to get on another one and after 25 minutes gave up and our friend with the heart problem was suffering in the heat but decided to walk down. We met the tour train coming up and it was jam packed so we would have had little chance getting on. We rested at various bars on the way and watched subsequent jam packed tour trains go by.
So in conclusion, it's a good idea but needs more frequent and more seating, for it to be successful.
My advice is to avoid it and use the reasonably priced taxis.
Granada is beautiful and a lovely friendly city to visit, sensible prices in the bars with varied free tapas with your beers and wine.

The little 'bus train' gives you a bird's eye view
of Granada with hop on and off service.
TIP #1: The cost is equivalent to a taxi
up to the Alhambra and return ... super deal.
Use this as your transfer ...
... if this is Pepe's then the best of the service,
after experiencing their worst in service.

My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience with your company whilst visiting Granada last week. We had bought tickets online for both of us and our 3 month old son. We arrived at the no 7 stop in time to catch bus at 5:15 on Saturday. The driver attempted once to scan our tickets on my phone and then refused to take us when his machine didn't work leaving me and my husband to wait in the heat with our 3 month old baby. The next driver let us on even though his machine didn't work and he tried at the next 2 stops until it did ( there was nothing wrong with our tickets) we were also not provided with an earphones so could not hear the audio guide. As a whole terrible service.
