“Super modern, but location not good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012

Super modern hotel, but location is out of the way for the touristy spots. There was very little service as well, the hotel seemed a bit empty, but we didn't really need any service. Breakfats was good.

Wifi works great. Friendly staff.
But, far away from centrum, ridiculous mini-bar, breakfast is not that great either.
The shower is super slippery, no bath, not a relaxing experience.
The rooms are also very hot, even with the airco on.

Bottom line I wouldn't advice this hotel and it's not worth four stars

This Hotel is very nice Excellent Rooms (the Spanish way is to have seperate beds pushed together no idea why but other hotels on our tour the same). The hotel is on the edge of Granada which makes it easy to find if you are driving like we were. The staff on the desk were most helpful and told us about the bus from round the corner( they spoke English!) it cost 1.20 Euro for the bus to the centre which stops very close to the cathedral. The buses run every 5-10 minutes so not a long wait.If you prefere a Taxi back cost us 5 Euro.A very good hotel especially if you want to avoid driving the lovely but very small and badly signposted roads of city centre Granada.

Stayed here for a night while visiting Granada. Overall, good decor - nice spacious lobby, and good size rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and not well located with respect to the attractions in Granada. A few things the hotels could improve on, which could have made the stay a bit more pleasant - (1) Traveling as a couple, we asked for a room with a king size bed. I was told that there were no rooms in the hotel with king size beds, and all double rooms had two bed pulled right next to each other. This was a let down for a 4 star hotel. (2) I asked for an iron and ironing board, and was told that they didn't carry any. Surprise! (3) In general, those in the front desk were not eager to answer questions, and did not come across as helpful. Given the poor location and lack of good customer service, I would recommend looking for other hotels if you are visiting Granada.

This hotel might not be very cool or super luxurious, but it offers comfort in a quiet part of Granada. Our room was small, with comfortable twin beds, very nice clean linen. The bathroom was clean, too, but appliances had seen better days.

I am rating it less because using the pool and spa area costs about 20 EURO per person, and the hotel garage cost an extra 15 EURO per day. This adds up quickly.

If, like ourselves, you have a hire car, make use ofthe bus service that leaves from around the corner and goes to the town centre every few mnutes (but finishes at midnight). Ther eis also a lovely cafe around the corner for breakfast, should yours not be included in the room rate, as well as some nice local late night bars.

I'd stay there again, but this is one of the "just about four stars" places so I would not pay top dollar for it, but for an internet bargain this pace is perfectly adequate.

Room Tip: All rooms are good - there is a busy road outside, but the windows are double or triple glazed. Ther...

Only stayed a night in the hotel. It is very clean and a great sleep. I was pleased with the arrangements until I went to depart. One staff member was incredibly rude over a basic question asked multiple times both in Spanish and in English. Just wanted to use the services one last time before departing. The person was very dismissive and not interested in answering the question regardless of how it was asked; snapped "use your room" when I asked a third time to use the facilities...never answered the first two times, instead kept stating nothing was left in the lobby and too look around. Also had to state (2x) I already checked out of my room. The fourth time asked, I was given a dismmissing hand wave, an abrupt turn on heels and a departure through a door as I made out, "dining room".
Aside from this one staff member, who truly ruined my thoughts of this hotel, all other staff members were friendly and exceptionally professional.

We were with insight vacation group for a short one night stay. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the overall very modernized atmosphere. It looks a very new hotel.
