This was one of the nicest place we stayed at during our trip through Andalusia. Located very conveniently in Albacin historic quarter, clean rooms with traditional flair and very friendly and supportive staff. If we ever have the chance to go to Granada again, we will stay at the Sabta Isabel again. Muchas Gracias!

A super spot and a lovely hotel. Very convenient position - couple of minutes walk from St Nicholas church and viewpoint over to the Alhambra - nice cafe there for lunch. Good,if a bit touristy, restaurant below the church serves reasonable evening meal - watching the sun go down on the Alhambra, the snow capped Sierra Nevada turn pink and then the floodlights light up the sky - whilst the swifts wheel round. Magical!
Hotel is an old carmen - house with garden - built round a central courtyard - room 10 was on the second floor wth views over Granada and to the Alhambra. Well presented - nice sofa, two comfy beds, modern bathroom with shower. TV with BBC news. Very welcoming and helpful staff who muck in with all roles - reception, breakfast etc.Breakfast a bit average but then we were a bit delicate from a large brandy the previous night
Directions to get there fun - the sat nav did not recognise Calle Pages - and putting the hotel name in led to an interesting trip up one way streets and a quick reverse back downhill with the locals giving unintelligible instructions. The hotel had provided a good map which was easy to follow. Parking can be reserved in an underground nearly pitch black car park close by - but have to be out by 12 noon of the day of departure.
The Albaicin quarter was very interesting - but best not to go when it is too hot as it is very exhausting going up and down the streets.

Room Tip: Higher rooms will have better views.

This is a small hotel in the Albacin area of Granada. Our room was on the higher floor and had a gorgeous view of the Alhambra Palace. The staff is extremely attentive. The room we had was quite spacious with a very large bathroom. All amenities. Breakfast is served downstairs in a small dining room and was outstanding. You do either need to take a taxi or the bus to get to the central area of the hotel but the bus runs very frequently from just in front of the hotel...takes about 5 minutes and is 1 euro! Had dinner one night at the tapas bar just a few steps from the hotel and it was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Granada!

Room Tip: I would stay on the higher floor with a view out to the Alhambra Palace.

Nice hotel if you want to stay out of the big hotels. Rooms are very large, breakfast is nice and within walking distance of all the sights in Granada (as everything in Granada, it is a bit of a climb). Clear instructions on how to get there by car and a closed private parking. We were in room 3, which was looking out on the patio. Only remark would be the two seperate beds.

This hotel is ideally sited up near top of albayzin, near the Mirador san Nicholas.
It is a beautiful small ,quaint hotel ,with superb internal wood pillars ,panels and carvings.
The bed rooms are smallish but beautifully finished and fitted.
Ours on the second floor had view of Alhambra and fort, all caped with snow peaked sierra Nevada (in late April !).
Breakfast, buffet style ,offered all one would ask for, including Iberian cured ham, boiled eggs and mini omelettes amongst a host of other offerings.
Only very little set back was coffee-not up to par.
Overall,a pleasure to stay in,and would definitely return .

The hotel is beautiful, built around a small courtyard. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. Our room was not very big, but clean and comfortable with wifi. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice.
Finding it was a real nightmare. It is in the old part of the city with very narrow winding streets. Wonderful for walking round, but very scary when you're driving and have no idea where you are. Satnav failed us and the map sent by the hotel wasn't detailed enough. When we did finally arrive, the hotel has a secure carpark and we didn't need to use the car for the remainder of our stay.
Great location and wonderful atmosphere.
