We arrived on our flight late and were graciously greeted and offered refreshments. The hotel is furnished in period and really enhances your experience of Granada. Everything is high quality.
One caution is the stairs in from the street and up to the Tower. There is an elevator for the other floors. If you have difficulty with stairs and luggage, be advised. The breakfast room is also reached by stairs.
As stated by others, the bus is a snap to take to the Alhambra. It does require a transfer but the buses come often. The Alhambra is awe inspiring. What we discovered, however, is walking 5 minutes up the hill from the hotel to the St. Nicolas Square to watch the sunset over the Alhambra. Musicians, artists, families and couples are all gathered to appreciate the view. There are several restaurants/bars nearby for viewing or enjoying after the sunset.More
