We stayed here two days and found it to be an excellent location from which to explore the city. The hotel is surrounded by many cute little plazas with amazing restaurants and is easy walking distance to the Alhambra and all parts of the city. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and bends over backwards to make it a memorable stay!

Upon arrival the staff were not that welcoming really. While the room was nice the view was into a concrete shaft with a large vent of some kind. It was in short, horrible but we were too tired from travel to insist on a different room. Making the reservations pretty far ahead did not seem to guarantee a room for even a moderate view of the outside. The hotel was central to a lot of things and in a good location. The room was always well cleaned and maintained upon our return.

From the very beginning this hotel was a bit of a let down. Check in was pretty shambolic. One person on the desk and more than 20 people trying to check in, collect luggage, check out, and get information at the same time. Our room which we had upgraded was shabby, tired and a bit grubby. On the upside it was a good size, as was the bathroom. The hotel is in a good central location which is a strength. But it’s also a weakness. Lots of traffic noise until late, and noise from people on their way to and from the local night spots. The NH Victoria is a good base from which to explore this beautiful city. But it really needs some attention to get it up to standard.

We liked the location, it was relatively close to restaurants and shopping and sights. The room was nice enough. The bed was a real king bed and the bathroom was nice. The concierge service was not good. They could not make a bus reservation to Seville for us. And said the internet site has trouble with international credit cards. We were told to go to a local department store to make the reservation. It had a very long line. So we figured out how to buy it on the internet while waiting. Why couldn’t they book it for us??? We wasted an hour at least! And they did not have stamps for our postcard home. So we had to go in search of one. How can you not have stamps??

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you during your stay but it is true that the internet site of Alsa has so many troubles with the internationalt cards payments. On the other hand due to the European Data Protection Law we are not able to handle your private information such as credit card details without your explicit and written permission. About the stamps thanks to our location in the city center and in a prime area, you will find in the adjoining building the Main Post Office in Granada.

This hotel is in a great location and very central to all local attractions which are in walkable distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I would stay there again. The staff were very courteous friendly and helpful.
