I don't normally review but I was impressed with this hotel. Location is perfect. Room was quiet, nice bathroom, good shower and friendly staff. I also thought it was good value. Maybe need to think about breakfast pricing.... my only small gripe.

Having visited Granada before we knew where this hotel was situated so booked for three nights. As with all NH hotels you can pre-checkin and choose your room. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable (actually two twins so larger). Bathroom was large and kept clean and stocked with toiletries.
Breakfast was pleantiful and fresh. Note - you can request your eggs cooked to your requirements plus bacon.
All staff we encountered were very polite and helpful when required.
The hotel is centrally situated and very close to the Cathedral and only a 5 min walk from the Alhambra buses.
Car Parking is under the hotel in a PUBLIC car park on Calle San Anton. As has been said before DO NOT put the hotel address in because it does not get you to the car park. It is fairly expensive and there is no hotel reduction. You must pay before you leave. Do not go to the Car Park Office unless you want to pay cash. There is a machine at level 1. Also there are two lifts - one takes you on to San Anton and is busy with shoppers. The other to the hotel is tucked into another corner.
I would recommend this hotel and will probably use it again on our next trip.

Our room was larger than average and was well presented. The hotel has a quality feel and the staff are very professional.
The location is perfect for exploring Granada and, if you're so minded, you can pick up the Hop-on/Hop off 'train' just across the road.

Located right near the cathedral in the center of the city this hotel has everything you need to enjoy a stay in Grenada : the staff is dedicated and very helpful (a special thank to Hector and Amelia who helped me with a credit card issue; not to mention Maria at the restaurant for the breakfast) the room is large with refine furnitures; the bed is comfortable, with several different size pillows and enough drawers to store your clothes.
They apply the policy of only changing the towels you want and not all of them, and the goodies are refill every day.
As for the breakfast you have a large choice of food in the buffet, the eggs are done on demand, and you can also ask for gluten free bred and pastries; there are several fresh juices and fresh fruits, different kind of breads and pastries.
If you're looking for a well centred place I highly recommend this hotel !

We stayed at the NH Collection Granada for 3 nights. The location is superb - bang in the centre of town.
The hotel was furnished to a high standard, with a very comfortable waiting area/lounge right next to the lobby. They have cold drinks and snacks in the lobby which is also a very nice touch.
The room was big, and a small bottle of red wine had been left for us to welcome us to the hotel. The bed was large and comfortable, and there were two large doors leading out to two small balconies. The light in the room streamed in when the curtains were drawn. The internal lighting when the curtains were closed was also very effective.
The bathroom was large and modern, and contained all the usual amenities and toiletries.
The staff were superb - extremely helpful with recommendations and booking dinner venues.
We would happily return.
