We stayed there for 2 nights in June 2012 and were very pleased with the hotel! We stayed in five different hotels (comparable in stars rating) in various Spanish and Portuguese cities during our trip and this was probably the best place we stayed in. The location is perfect; it is close to everything you might want to visit (from tourist attractions to shopping to restaurants). Even though it is situated on one of the main streets in Granada, it is not noisy at all! We were very impressed by the rooms: the hotel's regular/basic rooms are comparable to other hotels' "deluxe" rooms. The beds were large and comfortable and the room was quite large. One of our two rooms had a view on a Church, which was very lovely and the other one had a view on the breakfast restaurant, which wasn't ideal but it was not a big deal for us. The bathroom was also very nice and spacious and most importantly, well-lit! We really liked the style of the hotel: it was modern and looked new, fresh and clean. The only complaint we had about the rooms was that one of our two rooms (the one with the view on the restaurant) was a bit dark. There was very little natural light coming into the room. We had breakfast at the restaurant on one of the two mornings we were there. Although it was a bit overpriced, we were very happy with the selection of food. The staff at the reception were nice enough but it is the cleaning people that we would like to thank. On the day we were checking out, someone in our group forgot things in the room and the maid was nice enough to call the reception to know if we were still there and then even brought down to the lobby the things we had forgotten. Overall, we really appreciated our stay at the NH Victoria Hotel and would definitely go back there if we were to visit Granada again.

We stayed here in mid-July 2011 for under $100/night. We were primarily in town to see the Alhambra, which was a quick taxi or bus ride away. The front desk staff were very helpful in assisting us with figuring out the bus schedule as well as restaurant recommendations (check out Carmen de Aben Humeya restaurant with a view of the Alhambra -- beautiful to see as the sun sets!).

Our room was tastefully decorated and modern, as well as comfortable and roomy. It was wonderful to have a nice hotel to relax in at night and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. However, be prepared to pay for wiki if you intend to use your iPad or laptop. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if we were to go back to Granada.

We stayed for 3 days for a hen weekend.

location is great as u can walk everywhere, inside is nice, staff is very nice as well. Our room had the air condition broken down and someone came in right away and it was rectified.
rooms are a bit noisy because they have windows right above a busy street but it doesnt matter because after partying a lot noise wont matter!

Highly recommended.

If you are coming by car, as we did, you won't find a better location. You drive off the motorway up one road and you are there. Parking is round the back by way of a couple of one-way streets and is slightly trickier, but after seeing the pedestrianised streets of central Granada I felt that we made a good choice.

Our room was nice and modern, not huge but big enough. The reception staff were friendly and we thought that they spoke good English, and wifi was free in the lobby (for an hour at a time). It is a five minute walk to the cathedral, and Granada is a place which definitely grows on you. The Alhambra is of course spectacular, a five minute walk from the hotel brings you to a bus stop where you catch a bus up the hill (Tip: It is cheaper to take a taxi if you are a party of four!).

Room Tip: No views to be had so location is not important!

We checked in for 2 nights in June 2012. The check-in process was ok. Our room was on the 3rd floor, facing the street. At first I was afraid it would be noisy but it is not. Great bed and amenities. The bathroom was on the small size and the "bidet" took all the place. The location is amazing, about a 7 minutes drive from the train station. Within walking distance of the Cathedral. For the Alhembra we took a guided tour, it was the highlight of our trip. I would definitively go back.
