Very nice, clean room, and very helpful and pleasant staff. Our room was on the inside, so it was very quiet. The price was so low – 40 euros for a double room – that I initially thought it was per person! Location was good too, right next to a shopping streets, cafes, etc., and less than a 10-minute walk to catch the bus to Alhambra. It can be a bit difficult to get to, though, if you have a car, because of the narrow, one-way streets. Also, tight parking spaces. My husband dented the passenger door trying to maneuver around in the parking garage. Breakfast is not included, but there are several cafes in the area.

Like: Clean room, helpful staff, central location
Dislike: Need to insert your “key” (a card) in a slot near the door when you get in your room in order for the electricity to go on.

Good clean hotel. It is situated around shops and restaurants and it is near to the local bus that goes through the gypsy centre to get to the palace if you havent a car. There is also a fantastic bar in in the gypsy centre where they hold flamenco dancing in a court yard at night. The food is good as well. The hotel was quiet at night so no problem getting a good nights sleep.

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, single room fine and bathroom with a bath. Another review said "no tea and coffee making facilities" but Spanish hotels never have them, so bring your travel kettle if you can't do without.
Getting the car in and out of the garage was a bit hair-raising and the back streets of Granada are all either one way or pedestrianised - but you won't find a good cheap hotel in the city centre which doesn't have that problem and the hotel staff are very helpful.

From the outside the hotel looks nothing special and there are quite a lot of budget hotels to choose from in Granada. The hotel is in one of the main shopping streets and five minutes walk from Plaza Nueva and Plaza Bib-Ramba (restaurants & cathedral).

I had a single room with en-suite, which was clean. There's no tea/coffee making facilities though there is a TV (you have to get a remote from reception). The room was cleaned every day and none of my possessions left out were touched. If you have any valuables you can leave them in the hotel safe, you get a receipt and any money is counted to ensure nothing is missing.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and speak very good English and gave good recommendations on restaurants/bars/nightlife. There's no restaurant however there is a great cafe around the corner where you can get breakfast for around 2 euros. If you're planning on visiting the Alhambra and have booked you're tickets online there is a Servi-Caxia machine just up from the hotel.

Location can't be better, it's close to the Cathedral where the microbuses to the Alhambra can be taken. It's close the the main shopping streets in Granada. Room was clean comfortable and quiet. The TV didn't work or at least we couldn't get it to work but it's not a big deal. WiFi works great, bathroom was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
