This is a lovely Spanish Bar located on one of the main streets in Granada - Gran Via.

The staff are excellent and the food is wonderful, ranging from Tapas (which come free with your drinks) or main meals which are reasonable priced.

A visit is a must when in Granada.

My husband and I just walked out of this terrible restaurant. We paid $60 for food we did not dare eat. This was supposed to be our last dinner in Spain after a fantastic experience with all the meals we have eaten during our 15 day visit in Andalusia. We had no reason to even suspect food could be this disgusting. The vegetable soup came out of a packet. In hindsight we should have called it quits there and then. The 3 croquettes were OK, not disgusting but tasteless. The octopus stank very strongly and tasted rank. We love octopus and have never smelt or tasted octopus like this. We had a bite each and left it. The asparagus wrapped on smoked salmon was vile. The asparagus was out of a can: limp, soft, tasteless. The salmon was sticky and rancid and left a very bad taste in our mouths. One bite each and we dared no more. We are both flying tomorrow and don’t want to be sick en route with food poisoning. We decided to pay up and leave. My husband left with the sense that the staff are used to uneaten food left behind and that they just don’t care. DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Life is too short to learn from eating here. Hopefully our lesson will serve you well.

We called in here on the way back from the centre, for an early dinner and had the menu of the day.. three courses with a drink for 9 95 euros. A typical Spanish menu, and great quality food. We had the spaghetti, then escalope of pork with fried potatoes and a chocolate tart. The red wine was a good quality rioja. One of our party ordered a juice and got a chicken sandwich and crisps as a free tapa. The service was exceptional, and our waiter was very chatty and friendly. Highly recommended,

We had a few drinks here and ended up getting all of our tapas included. All were delicious and had generous portion sizes. The waiter was incredibly friendly and tried his best to translate some of the menu for me. He had a great sense of humour and lots of charm! Great place with lots of delicious tapas (tastes even better when it's free!).
