An excellent hotel with a great location at the foot of the Alhambra hill. Walking distance to more or less everything in Granada.
The hotel is very charming in an old building with a courtyard to relax in. The room had all the comforts one could ask for.
Very nice, friendly and helpful staff at the hotel.
Parking for car was at a public parking garage about 15 min walk from the hotel and was very convenient as car is normally not needed in Granada.

This is a nice 3 star hotel right in the middle of the city with everything in walking distance including the bus to the Alhambra and San Nicholas view point. A lot of nice restaurants close to the hotel including restaurants that have great views of the Alhambra.

We loved this hotel. It is quaint, comfortable and in the best location for seeing the sites. We were fortunate to have a rooftop patio with a view of the Alhambra. How could it get any better than that?

We were in Granada for 5 nights and for the most part, loved the hotel. It was nicely located to the major sites, and restaurants.
The room was lovely, but a major problem for us was the very poor lighting in the bedroom. It was very difficult to read in the bedroom. The light in the bathroom was excellent. Also, there is no elevator, which may be a problem for some. It was fine for us, however.
The courtyard was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If they increased the lighting in the bedroom, I would have given them 5 stars.

Our family had three rooms during our stay in Granada. We were extremely satisfied with the character of the building, its location in the old part of the city and the rooms themselves. The staff were extremely helpful, including prompt repair of the air conditioner in one of the rooms. It is a small hotel in an old, historic building, clearly stating it is on a pedestrian street. Perhaps reviewers looking for a more modern experience should find a Holiday Inn somewhere outside of town. Our only suggestion regards room 317--noise from the street as well as early morning breakfast preparation made it a very poor location.
