Nice hotel located in the old part of town . Friendly staff and okay rooms, the bathrooms very big and comfortable. As the streets are very narrow, driving in the area can be rather stressful. Some rooms are noisy in the night .

Reasonable priced hotel in good central location. Not a flashy hotel but staff were attentive and efficient. Our room was clean and quite.

Fantastic location for our trip to Granada, right in the centre. The whole city is small enough to walk around in a day and the hotel is only a 20 minute (max) walk from the entrance to the Alhambra which is a must (we did find you could get in for free if you entered in the Palace of the Justice gate instead of going up to the main entrance, but you would miss out on the buildings if you did this as you can only access the gardens from here). Lovely room, enormous bathroom, free safe, no robes but we weren't expecting any. Helpful staff.

Do NOT believe the facilities on the Hotel website. Very few exist. No bathrobes, internet, wifi, kitchen, ironing board, mini-fridge, soundproofing, radio etc. etc. Every day of our visit we told reception and the Manager who promised all would be put right. NOTHING ever happened and despite assurances, the website continues to this day to falsify the truth. The Hotel is extremely noisy at night. The redeeming features are the location and the reasonably comfortable bed. I would not recommend this hotel.

If you are going by car I would like to warn you that you have to be genius if you can follow the hotels instructions to their car park. I gave up as there were roadworks in the area and so parked in another hotel. Also parts of the centre of town are cut for traffic during the day.
Hotel is in super location right in the centre of the old part behind the town hall. My room was small but adequate for the E56 I paid. It was quiet and looked out onto typical spanish street scene.
It is a very old building so if charm is what you are looking for you will love this place.
Internet is slow and in the rooms connection is by cable (easy to use and free). In the lobby there is wifi.
Staff are helpful and friendly and I would come back!

We stayed at the Esperia for 2 nights. It has a super location and a nice common area. Other than that, we are not sure why it's a 4-star hotel. The amenities are basic and the housekeeper did not restack supplies. The Wi Fi system did not work most of the time during our stay. The delux room in the front is extremely noisy, gathering noisy from both inside and outside the hotel. Due to the nature of the hardwood & marble floors, as well as the open center area of the hotel, every sound echos through the front room. We were disturbed by the loud conversation from the hotel guests in the lobby passing midnight and visitors leaving the adjacent restaurants and bars. In addition, the garbage pick up truck or street cleaning vehicle started its operation quite early in the morning which woke us up. Overall, we enjoyed the super location but did not have any restful sleep.

The hotel is located in the real centre of Granada in an old beautiful building with an inside wood balcony, in the typical andalucian style. The rooms are of the 4-star standard of nh but the one that we had (two persons + one child) was quite large and comfortable and neatly furnished. The area is restricted to the cars but the hotel has a private covered parking. From there it's easy to reach all the most interesting places of the town but for the Alhambra it's better to take the bus that stops at less than 100 m from the hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant but in the immediate vicinity there are many places where you can eat at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast is very good.
