We stayed in this wonderful boutique hotel, small and perfectly formed with every amenity at hand. The location is superb for the Albaycin and the Alhambra. The internal patio is cosy and the offer of a lovely afternoon tea is a lovely touch to rest those weiry feet after walking around all morning.
The staff are WONDERFUL, a special thank you to Jose and Erica they couldn't do enough to make our stay more pleasant. Every staff member of Hotel 1800 is propfessional and polite. Wonderful place to stay and the rooms a perfectly formed with outstanding beds. I had the best night sleep. Very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in October. We had an attic room with wonderful views of the Alhambra Palace. The old town location was great. The courtyard was beautiful. Overall it was a lovely relaxing experience.

Room Tip: Our cosy attic room with great view was number 26

Our night, spent in Hotel Casa, couldn't have been more perfect. We where made to feel very welcome and where shown to our room by Jose who was the perfect host. We stayed in a beautiful room, over looking the Alhambra, which has everything you will need for your stay. The hotel is well situated with lots of bars and restaurants close by.
My first visit to Granada, defiantly won't be my last, and Hotel Casa will be our first choice of hotel next time.

We spent 2 nights in an upgraded superior room at Hotel Casa 1800 Granada at the end of a wonderful 2 week road trip to Southern Spain. It was a big disappointment as we were expecting a nice room at a fabulous hotel after reading reviews. Our room was small, dark and stuffy with bad odors and noise coming from every attempt at opening a window or door. We were at the end of a hall right next to a housekeeping closet that was in constant use. There was also a chain smoker hanging out of a window directly outside our bathroom window and there was constant noise from the courtyard even though our room wasn't even on the courtyard. The people were friendly and breakfast fine but I guess we had a horrible room -it wasn't the lasting memory we wanted for the end of our trip.

Room Tip: Pass on room 14

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon - chosen for its location near to the Alhambra Palace. It was perfect! As described we were at the foot of the Alhambra - a lovely 20 minute walk away. The hotel staff were amazing - so helpful and spoke very good English. On our second night they surprised us with a lovely bottle of bubbles to help us celebrate our honeymoon.
The room was lovely overlooking the courtyard where breakfast was served. Way better than its 3 star rating. Maybe the fact that it has no bar or restaurant is the reason for this. To be honest we did not miss this at all. Its location is perfect for exploring Grenada with its multitude of Tapas bars and restaurants so close by. Well worth a visit and definitely worth a stay here.

Room Tip: choose a room overlooking the courtyard.
