“Charming and friendly hotel”

Family with one child we've spent one night in this hotel; we found it pretty, staff very helpful and location excellent. Complicated car access but explanations and help offered were just fine. We'd come back with great pleasure.

Pretty, traditional hotel in the heart of the Albaicin. You have to leave your car at one of the car parks as only taxis can drive in the Albaicin district. The hotel refund you the cab fare(make sure to get the receipt). The hotel is up a couple of stairs, tucked away from the main road. It's a very peaceful, quiet area, but as soon you head 5 mins into the square, you are bang in the centre of the old town. I thought it was a great location and is surrounded by lovely old style bodegas and tons of bars/restaurants.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, there is free wifi, but it only appeared to work in some of the rooms. The rooms vary in size. We had a small, darkish room, and our friend had the whole top floor complete with add on sitting room. The rooms all have a mini bar, flat screen tv and air con. For the modest price, I was very impressed with this place and would definitely go back.

Room Tip: Rooms really vary in size, ask to upgrade!

Palacio De Santa Ines is in the heart of Granada and has nice views of the Alhambra. Staff is pleasant and extremely helpful offering great advice and suggestions. The location is perfect to easily access all that Granada has to offer. It's eclectic charm may be viewed as a bit dated and slightly rustic, but it fits into the backdrop of this historic and magical city. With a range of rooms, there are some spacious options.

Room Tip: Higher rooms have a better view. If you are not happy with your room speak to the reception they wil...

We drove here from Malaga airport. The hotel sent us directions to the recommended car park and we found this easily. It is right near a taxi rank so it was very straight forward to get to the hotel and cost just over 5 euros, which the hotel refunded against the cost of parking. The hotel is in a fantastic location and our room had a view of the Alhambra which we visited the next day. The reception staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. Our only regret was that we were only staying one night - the hotel was so nice and Granada so interesting that we wished we were staying longer.

Seriously impressed with this small hotel. In old part of the city with some rooms looking onto the Al Hambra. Rooms are really different and decorated in very smart unique style. Only grumble is breakfast is not great and a hit if a stampede to get what's available which is not a lot. All in all though definitely worth staying here.

lovely small hotel in the heart of Granada. Wonderful view on the Alhambra, very Kind staff and lovely room. Tea and coffee offered in the afternoon. Very complete breakfast, I specially appreciated the cheese. impossibile to reach by car but walking distance from car parkings (de pending on your luggage). Taxi service is cheap (compared to italy). What could be' better? The shower in my room was fixed in a way that could easily throw water on the ground. But if i go back i asl again for the same room, 33, just great.

Room Tip: The rooms with view on the alhambra Give an extra value.
