We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a 6 week tour of Spain and Portugal. Our room was very small but had a beautiful view of the Alhambra from the room and bathroom. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. As others said can be difficult to find but we had a parking space right outside. You can walk up to the Alhambra which is amazing. Breakfast in the basement and quite nice. It is a beautiful courtyard building and we did love it.

This is a great hotel if you like a quiet hotel in a central location. Great place to walk to all the main sites. There is no restaurant but a good breakfast is served in the basement. Finding the hotel by car would be difficult if it were not for the excellent directions on the web site. You will certainly need these if driving - the area is a maze of pedestrian walkways and one way streets. Without the directions you probably wouldn't even try these streets.. Parking outside the hotel is great. Everything about the hotel is unusual, from the front entrance door (a large wooden gate off the side street) to the old courtyard interior and well appointed rooms. We stayed in room 15 which is on the top floor with great views of the Alhambra. Only choose this room if you don't mind climbing stairs with luggage becasue the lift only reaches the floor below. The staff are very friiendly and hepful. Ask for a restaurant recommendation - there is a great local restaurant with a rooftop view of the Alhambra. Best of all, this hotel is very good value.

Room Tip: Room 15 at the top of the hotel has great views but no lift service...

Just located in a small street in the middle of all the attraction in Granada . Few meters away from the Main Street where you can find all the gifts shops & cafes . Walking distance to all major flamingo shows inside the caves . The only problem is the car parking , but the management tried hardly to solve it by allocating private parking spot for the guests .

Bang in the middle of the old town, we had a room at the front of the hotel so if I stood on the balcony I could actually see the Alhambra. Great location. A walking distance to just about everything. While we were there we were lucky enough to see a festival with everyone including there children dresses up in Spanish attire..awesome. The rooms are very Moroccan in style, the breakfast while not overlydone was great..all in all great place to stay

Room Tip: If you are driving call ahead with your license plate number so that the manager will call that numb...

This lovely small hotel is situated just off the Carrera del Darro and is very convenient for all the attractions in Granada. Free parking immediately outside the hotel is a great bonus. Our room (no.10) was very comfortable, clean & quiet. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel was originally a house dating back to the late 15th century and has many fine features. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance and the Albayzin district is just above the hotel. Bus stops are very close by as well.
I can recommend this hotel as an ideal base for a stay in Granada.

We had a very peaceful stay at Casa Morisca. The car parking outside the hotel was very convenient and it's only a short walk to all of Granada's attractions. The staff were helpful and the room was beautifully cool and decorated tastefully.

This is a fabulous base to explore the old town of Granada or set out to visit the Alhambra which can be seen from some of the rooms. The Morisca is just off the main shopping and eating area in the old town but it is so quiet and relaxing. The hotel is Moorish in style and set around an internal quadrangle which is cool and relaxing. Our room was a superior one and more like a suite than a room but without the price tag. We did see some of the other rooms which are equally well appointed and with attention to detail. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the recommendation for a good restaurant and the help booking a fabulous flamenco show. We would whole heartedly recommend this hotel and go back the next time we are in Granada thank you Morisca for a great stay.

Room Tip: Room with a view is well worth the extra.
