Reviewed September 21, 2013

Spent 2 nights in the hotel last week for a conference. 10 min walk from conference centre and about 10 min walk from city centre.
Friendly staff. Hotel clean but bedrooms and bathrooms need refurbishing.
Good breakfast buffet.

Room Tip: My room was at the back, on the 4th floor, very quiet.

Stayed two nights at this hotel as part of a Tour but a disappointing experience. Our room was not at all spacious with average decor. We were able to accommodate one suitcase on the stand provided but because of the size of the room there was nowhere else to put the other suitcase! Initially I couldn't find any electric sockets and eventually found one behind a large table situated under the window but it meant pulling the table forward for access to the socket which resulted in less room to move around! Make sure both shower curtains are inside the bath when you have a shower because the shower is situated at an angle in the centre of the bath (not at the end of the bath which is the norm) and if the curtains are not in place properly you could end up flooding the bathroom! Walls extremely thin and you can hear every movement from adjoining roms. Buffet dinner was good value for 12 Euros which included a drink. Location of the hotel good and there was free wifi but for us the size of the room let us down.

Spent a couple of nights here on the final part of an Andulucian tour.
Room was quite nice but not very well soundproofed.
Hotel is well located about 10 minutes or so south of the Cathedral in a side street off one of the shopping roads.
Breakfast buffet style, plenty of variety
Typical city centre style of hotel, with a small swimming pool up on the roof.

Nice spacious room but when you switch on the AC there is dusty air which recirculates so preferred to keep the windows open. Watch out for the extra powerful shower! Close to Calla Colon which is a main artery of Granada and within walking distance of the main tourist sites. Good spread at breakfast. Wifi available. Highly recommend the Il Gondoliere restaurant which is on the street parallel to the hotel.

Extremely nice staff, nice, spacious and very clean bathroom, very nice and clean room. Plus the roof terrace and pool - which is bliss in August after a day of sightseeing in 45'C! We were also given some free cold soft drinks. It is very convenient if you plan to go to old quarter of Granada or shopping, quite close to Alhambra - we were walking there. Also, there is plenty of bars next to the hotel so you can dine out anytime. I highly recommend it!

Booked into this hotel by mistake. We thought it was easy walking distance to the Alhambra. They were great, no fuss or problem just booked us into their sister hotel right next to the Alhambra.

Couldn't believe the pleasant, charming service. Both Hotels were great with swimming pools and nice rooms but it just depends what you want to do in Granada.

This hotel was clean, the room was large enough and the bathroom well designed.
There were some down sides though. The lifts had a mind of their own. The bar was usually unmanned and getting service was a matter of asking the reception staff, who would then disappear to hunt down a barman.Service in the restaurant was very good, and the food was acceptable. There were very good bars and restaurants in the surrounding streets. On the whole, not bad but you have to be patient.
