The hotel is excellently situated for getting to all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff were only too glad to help with our inquiries about picking up the Alhambra tickets that we had already booked on Ticketmaster, booking a taxi for the return to the airport etc. There is a bus by the way but it isn't particularly frequent. On arrival, you will probably find it waiting to take you to the city centre and there is a timetable available on the dashboard!
There was only one problem with the hotel and we weren't particularly bothered by it. The plumbing was a bit whiffy in our room. Our boys shared a room next door which seemed not to have that problem. We just flushed a lot and sprayed a lot which made it fine.
Breakfast had plenty of choice and plenty to keep you going until Spanish lunchtime.
