Description: Entwine tradition and vanguard. We perform a traditional Grenadian cuisine, Andalusia, artless, simple but striking, adapted to changing times, using current techniques and products of the soil, seasonal and premium merging the Christian Arab, and Jewish. Our cuisine consists solely of a weekly tasting menu, which defines the sensitivity for cooking and respect for seasonal produce. We also have a wine list with more than 100 national and international references, with particular attention to local wines.

Definately a nice place and a good advice to go there. Modern atmosphere and equally modern cuisine. A refreshing experience for a visitor in Andalucia having had to many traditional 'racioneś. The couple waiter/waitress was really helpful. We were offered an interesting wine match option. I would go back there without an hesitation.

Just visited Damasqueros - what a highlight this was of our trip to Granada. Words are inadequate to describe what this experience was but one must try: We had the degustation which included amongst other things a very clever dish which put together seared Red Tuna, pesto and almonds.

We could say more but suffice to say, do yourself a favour and put yourself in the capable hands of Santiago (friendly and very capable waiter) and Lola Martin, the chef of the restaurant. Worth navigating down some charming side streets for.

Menu degustatacion Maridado described a 5-course tasting menu which the chef creates each day (the waiter had to go ask the chef), and with matched wines it cost us 50 euros per person. While we finished our copas de cava (an extra 4 euros each) we had an appetizer of fried potato cakes on sweet potato mash (not as potatoey as its sounds). The starters were more elaborate. First starter was carpaccio of duck with pomegranate, parmesan and salad, served with a pink tempranillo. The second starter was ravioli stuffed with a green veg pesto (possibly peas?), with judias and truffle sauce, served with a rioja. The fish course was bacalao with its skin on, served on breadcrumbs with raisins, accompanied by a verdejo. The meat course was a dark veal, served in a (possibly red wine?) gravy on a bed of lentils, served with a tempranillo. Dessert was pannacotta topped with a coffee cream and ice cream. Each course was delicious – nicely designed, well-cooked from good ingredients and very nicely presented, with portion sizes chosen to satisfy but not suffocate. Service was friendly and helpful and with sufficient English to make up for our inadequate Spanish. Definitely recommended.

Tried the tasting menu here, so not cheap but oh was it worth it. The Chef has created some lovely, but not over engineered dishes and suggested accompanying wines. The Duck Carpaccio and Veal were very noteworthy. It was a lovely evening and meal served by her knowlegeable husband.

The place is a bit hard to find but once in between it s walls we were in some kind of culinary heaven. The degustation menu is a great choice. Don t remember the price but a bit pricey. Service really good too. A great place for a refined meal!
