the biggest selling point of this apartment is probably its location: right in the center of Granada, a 2 minutes walk to the Cathedral and to the bus stop to Alhambra. It's facing a busy plaza but the sound-proof windows work pretty well at keeping the noise away.
However, the apartment itself is a bit rundown. The sofa bed is old-modeled and not comfortable to sleep on. The toilet was a bit clogged up when we checked in, and on our second night it broke down completely. The owners rushed to repair it, but we had to stand a full hour of bad smell and mess in the bathroom. They were fully booked for that night so they couldn't arrange alternative accommodation for us. Very bad experience, will not return.
Another tip: the male owner speaks only Spanish, and the lady owner speaks Spanish and limited French. Could be a big challenge for non-spanish speakers.
