“We love this restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 11, 2013

We have eaten at this plae 3 times now. The food is always fresh and very good.
The menu of the day is really good value and superb.
We had the paella to start which was lovely and fresh (had to wait 25 mins- they told us- we didnt mind so you know its cooked from scratch)
then my husband has the veal entrecot which was so tender and tasty- potatoes and veggies really nice. I had the roasted fish- then the poached pear in red wine for dessert was to die for... all for 9.50 includingbread and a drink. The best menu of the day we have ever had in Spain.
Staff are friendly and pleasant. We will go back again when in Granada.

“Nothing special”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 3, 2013

The service was OK and it provides reasonable value for money. The food was nothing special although when you pay 9.50 for a set meal, I'm not sure you can expect much.

“Avoid at All Costs.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 10, 2012

Have never written a review before but this restaurant was so bad
I felt moved to make my views public. Overpriced, poor quality, cold & dirty. Waiter tried to play the don't speak English card when we pointed out he had overcharged us. An all round disappointing experience.

“Worst restaurant food we've had in years”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 1, 2012

This was a pretty sorry dining experience. We were lured in by the cheap fixed price menu and the busy outdoor terrace, assuming that if it was busy it was good -- big mistake. Yes, they give you a free tapa with your drink, but EVERYWHERE in Granada does this, so it's not special... and the tapa here was inedible. As for the meal, it was also pretty much inedible, apart from a small plate of uninspired paella. If you want to order a la carte, the prices are astronomical, so you are pretty much forced to take the menu (8,50 for the menu with four unappealing courses vs. about 20 euros for a single dish of your choice). The bottled drink we were served was considerably past its expiry date and looked it, and the service was indifferent. We had the distinct feeling we were getting "tourist treatment" - that is to say, the oldest food, smallest portions, and least attentive service. Don't fall into this tourist trap!

“Great Little Coffee Cafe”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 19, 2012

We love this friendly little cafe for a cafe con leche and a tostada. Although they give three tapas with each drink, we were not really impressed with the tapa quality. Very good service for Granada. So, go there for the comfort, not the food.
