Enjoyed our bocadillo and cake. However, the waiter was extremely rude, did not really want us there. Would not recommend due to the very bad attitude of staff.

This is a lovely place to eat/drink. it would seem to be an expensive option if you judge by the lovely old surroundings and central location but it is excellent value and popular with locals rather than tourists.

I called, lured by the look of the window and the cakes on display. Bought a couple of cakes and each was delicious. You get the impression that they've been making the same recipes for years. I did not stop for coffee, so don't know what it's like, but if the cake is anything to go by, it should be good.

It charms you even from the windows on the the street!
Everything is beautifully prepared and displayed and tastes good!
Coffee is one of the best we had on our visit in Granada.
Everyone was patient and friendly with us despite our lack of knowledge of their language.
Croissants were very fresh and the sandwiches were soft, not salty and tasty, very different from what you usually find in Spain.
Great pastries, sweets and cakes.
Beautiful period cafe, very traditional, established in 1862,
Highly recommended.
Old charm stuff.
A must try, when in Granada.

Great place for breakfast filled with locals. Great coffee.
It’s busy and loud, but that’s part of the charm. The staff are busy but efficient. We found them helpful even we don’t speak Spanish. Buy the excellent pastries in the patisserie and sit in the coffee shop.
