This hotel looks somewhat plain from the street, but it is clean and beautiful inside. The rooms are spacious, and the beds(and pillows) are the most comfortable we have had in several weeks. The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from the airport(bus) and really easy to catch the bus up to the Alhambra. We should have spent more time in Granada and this hotel.

This hotel is well located and good value for money, the apartment is a bit small, but the location and the service compensates for it. The kitchen is fully functional, I managed to cook several meals in it.
Fransico at the reception was very helpful. He even arranged a taxi for us to take us to Cordoba.

The hotel is nice and reasonably priced. The rooms is more like a studio/apartment. The bedroom was not very spacious but there is a kitchen/dining area which adds space and comfort. The bathroom is very high tech, nice and clean. It is located on Gran via (one of the central streets of the contemporary city center) and walking distance to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Overall, it is a nice hotel; the only thing that I missed is the ambiance of being in the middle of old town historical district.

A cosy, well-equipped spatious apartment hotel located in the centre, several minutes' walk from the Cathedral. Very close to everything and convenient communications.
The hotel staff is very efficient and helpful, Many thanks to the receptionists, especially to Fanciscoso. The suits a spacy and well equipped and still preserve the atmosphere from the beginning of the last century. I had everything I needed. A lovely relaxation room which offers tea annd coffee 24 hours. Next time I am in Granada I would like to stay in this hotel again.

Room Tip: I wrote my wishes in advance, everything was done. The reception booked tickets to Alhambra for me i...

This is a beautiful little hotel right in the centre of Granada. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was small but perfect. The best shower I have had for a while. Perfect.it was a short walk to all the tapas bars and into the old town. A steep walk uphill to the view of Alhambra but well worth the climb.

This hotel was great - It is more an apartment from a hotel room, and you had a kitchen and a living room separate from the bed room. Breakfast was served in the room, and all though we were a bit worried about it - it was great! the staff is friendly and the location is good - walking distance to the main area. We were traveling with a car and enjoyed the parking was closed and secure. to get in to the hotel with a car make sure to enter from the street in the back - the hotel will send you an email with the exact address (the parking is in the back and also you are not allowed to drive in the main street in front of the hotel)

We stayed at the Gran Via for 3 days and had a great time exploring the city from this home base. It is conveniently located, many sights are in walking distance, the bus stop to go to the Alhambra is also nearby. The staff is very friendly, competent and helpful. We would stay there again for sure. In case you have a light sleep you should request a suite that goes out to the side road rather than the Gran Via.
