Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about unless they visited at a peak time. We went early (by Spanish standards, around 8 pm) and had very attentive service. You have to remember that Spanish meals are supposed to be a leisurely affair and they try not to bother you unless you need something (they will not bring the check until you ask for it). The atmosphere is beautiful and we thought the food was divine! We actually went back a second time - the only restaurant we visited twice the whole trip. The first night we had the menu del dia and the second night we ordered a la carte and both times the prices were very reasonable. Portions were large and we shared dishes so we could try more items. The hot tea at the end of the meal was the perfect finish. This would be one of our favorite restaurants if we lived there.
