“Not Tonight Natali (or any other time).”
Reviewed September 22, 2011

My friend and I stayed at the H Natali from 9/9/11 for 1 week. All inclusive? what a joke. breakfast finished at 10am and after that guests were (suposed to be) able to get a choice of 3 sandwiches between 11am and 12 noon at the poolside bar (on the 1st floor), but on the 11/9/11 the poolside bar closed, end of season.......No drinks no food. If you wanted drinks you had to carry them from the ONLY bar down stairs (near reception), and if you are British, be prepared to be ignored until ALL the Spanish guests have been served. If your'e prepared to tip well you might get served a little quicker. Evening entertainment ! ! ! All in Spanish, luckily we found 2 Irish bars on the front, and a good time was had by all. All in all we would not stay or recommend the Hotel Natali to any British guests. On the day we were leaving we asked if there was a courtesy room available to shower and change before our transfere to the airport, (at 6pm), we were told there the hotel was fully booked so if we wanted/needed a shower we could use the poolside shower.....as I said, never again, Natali..

Room Tip: You do NOT want a room facing the laboratory. it looks like a prison.

The room was clean and comfortable but like Anipsi, could not adjust the air-con. Location was a long way from the best bars, restaurants and shops. Reception staff were polite and mostly helpful. I found the bar staff quite friendly once you started talking to them.
The little swimming pool was a big letdown, also sunbathing area. I couldn't swim in the pool as it was full of Spanish children and their rude and unfriendly parents. Food was very good, entertainment non-existent, unless you were Spanish and liked dancing.

After reading the reviews I was not expecting much, but could not get over how rude everyone was in that place, we didn't care but, we didn't bother making an effort with them if they weren't going to do the same, hotel room was really nice, really nice view, good air-conditioning and was cleaned if not every day every other day, bad sides were was full of Spanish OAP's who thought they had more right being there than you, (we paid our money like the rest of them) and bar staff were just as bad as reception only bar staff completely ignored you so we went else were for drinks, breakfast was rotten pure dung again full of Spanish OAP's who thought they had more right eating than you, felt like hitting one of the couples full drive with my tray after trying to get in front of me, they might not of understood English but they knew what I was saying to them!!! even at the checkout they barely spoke to you not even a thanks for giving us money to pay our wages or anything!!! would go back because of the location and nice rooms but for nothing else or wouldn't expect anything else!

Room Tip: dont bother being nice to them, they wont return the favour

Stayed at this hotel for 7 days in September - Not impressed. Location requires 10-15 walk into centre of town, air con switch broken so could not adjust the settings & not efficient, one power socket in room which was coming away from the wall, very awkward to make hot drinks due to power socket location, ( bring own facilities, none provided ) not much balcony space and not lit so reading was out at night, room was relatively clean bedding changed once in a week It gets better - The buffet CAFE !!!!!! yes cafe you couldn't call it a restaurant, no table cloth's, have to order your own drinks from the so called bar, menu repeated every other day and very little choice, if you like the full English breakfast you'll be disappointed, the outside POND was a joke, the Cafe staff didn't want to be there, staff in general poor. Holiday was great but the thought of returning back to the hotel after an outing made it a holiday to forget.

WON'T BE GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great location, cheap area to be around, bargain price hotel, rude bar staff but lovely reception staff, poor excuse of a pool, good air condition rooms, comfy beds, no where to sit and chill with an afternoon coffee, terrible sunbathing area, fantastic food apart from cueing to get into the resturant, found the spanish guests were very rude like the bar staff. This hotel i would recomend if you are not into sunbathing and are not bother by other people rudeness.

We didn't originally book this hotel but were forced to find an alternative to our original hotel due to incompetancy by our airline. The Hotel ONLY caters for the Spanish and I would not recommend any British to go there. The buffet was suitable ONLY for non-vegetarians UNLESS you enjoy eating chips and salad for lunch and dinner for 7 days! We asked the Chef nicely if he could at least make the pasta vegetarian, which he did for one day only! We asked the Reception staff if they could prepare meals without meat which he replied by telling us to find another Hotel! Very rude reception staff, rude restaurant staff and rude bar staff. No point complaining as they're only interested in the opinions of their Spanish guests!
The pool was the smallest i've ever seen, and just too evercrowded.
The beds were uncomfortable and creaked all night. The bath had rust on it and the airconditioning barely worked!
The beach was about 20mins walk away, down over 100 steep steps which made it a chore to go to the beach!
Aqualand and Crocodile park were within walking distance which was great as it saved on taxi fare.
We had no problems with the Spanish guests. They weren't rude as I've read on some reviews but would never go back!

We stayed here for 10 days in august 2011,we did read reviews b4 we booked so new what to expect. Yes the hotel do accomodate for the spanish, but we were not bothered as that is what we wanted a SPANISH holiday..the food was excellent plenty of variety, all fresh and hot also plenty of fresh salad. There was no limit on the amount you could eat, thats why i put on 11 pounds >lol..Its situated a 20 minute drive from the airport but dont let that put you off as you can not hear any planes at all, te walk to the beach took us 20 mins but there is a bit of a walk back up as it is all down hill, but in saying that you can pay 50 cents for a lift all the way back up to the top after you have finished at the beach.I have been to spain many many times and this was the most xpensive time i have ever found, basics like the sun newspaper which by the way is printed in spain cost £1.80. 1 btl of san miguel ,1 btl of strongbow,2 cokes cost £12,and that was the cheapest we found, the most expensive was £19.00. 2 small cokes from burger king was a stagering £7.80...crazy i refused to pay that..but with regards to the hotel it was very very clean, maid services every day with new sheets and towels.there was no lights outside the balconaly which was disapointing as we had to sit there in the evenings in totally darkness.the dully inclusive was v good as they serve up many of the famous brands ,baileys, gordons, malibu ect... dor the price we paid £1600 for 4 was a v good deal, plus weather was superb....
