Stayed here for 4 days. Found it to be a really good place to stay. Paid for all inclusive. Food really varied and tasty. Something for everyone. Drinks on self serve other than the spirits. Pepe and Antonio on the bar were very friendly. Ask for a glass of cava and get a bottle!
The hotel is a quick transfer from the airport.
Lovely pool area with cushions for the sunbeds.
Very friendly and polite staff.

Stayed end april 2013 .Hotel was super clean all facilities kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.reception bright airey.pleasent staff all through the hotel.we arrived late but a cold meal with wine and water was laid on for us.the only bar open all week was the pool bar which was down a flight of stairs so not so good for the infirm, drinks were help yourself soft, beer, wine, hot drinks, spirits poured for you and then add your own mixer,a good choice with international brands carrying a small 1-5 euro charge. The room was spotless well decorated with a full size bath,TV only had CNN and BBC World in english.the only concern with the rooms is the wafer thin walls so you can here a lot of noise from the guests who dont care about the rest of us,the door bangers can be a pain.the restaurant was nice always a bottle of wine and water on your table, breakfast was OK but if you are a bacon and eggs type dont go to this hotel.the bacon was nearly raw and never served on the same day as the eggs.but the rest of breakfast on offer was good.lunch and evening meal was always very goodgreat choice all cooked well, loveley deserts we never pulled a face once infact we looked forward to meal times.the gardens and pool were again well kept, the water was cool ,there was a jet spa and small kiddies pool, the loungers were the adjustable typeand the hotel supplied 2 inch thick mattresses at no cost so sunbathing was ace, there was a sundeck too.we never used the entertainment but there was the usual shows on on an evening.the hotel was mainly spanish people but we enjoyed the company of other guests too.ALl in all for what we paid the hotel came up trumps and we would return

Room Tip: High room away from noisey nheibours and you might be able to see the sea

My husband, my sister and her husband spent 1 week in the hotel last year. The hotel itself is fine...bathrooms are nice and clean, rooms...need some make over :) overall not bad!
Hotel staff... some were VERY nice but one man (older man) was just rude to us and was regularly monitoring us of how many drinks we are having (remember we had ALL INCLUSIVE option!!!). In the evening/night he was popping in on the terrace by the pool (where we were sitting and drinking) and was looking at out table making comments that people we talk to have no all inclusive option so he does not want us to get free drinks for them?!?!?! Come on, it is Spain and EVERYONE can afford couple of drinks 1.50-3.00EURO each hahahahahha. We finally had to report him to the hotel manager as he was such a pain...
Food... the same everyday, if you were not the for opening you had to eat leftovers... the choice was little and we had to go out to get something to eat as after day 3 we had enough of hamburgers and chips...
We travel a lot and never go above 3 star hotels but this one was a disappointment - adults 27-33 years of age feeling like teenagers monitored by parents!!!!
Garden...beautiful!!!

Room Tip: All rooms have pool view and all rooms above 6th floor - pool and sea view :)

Just returned from a lovely week in the Parasol Gardens, the room was spacious and clean and towels were changed everyday. We had requested a seaview and a room away from the lifts and that is exactly what we got. We were all inclusive and have to say that there was always a good selection of food with a lot of fish dishes, we do not eat fish but were told that it was very good, especially the salmon, the downside being that it was always tepid, such a shame. A good selection of drinks were available including cocktails, but would have been better had they not been served in plastic glasses, even at night. The branded drinks were of a reasonable price and good measures, 2 euros for a Smirnoff and 1.50 for Tia Maria. The hotel did have a large Spanish contingent and the entertainment did cater for them but did not stop us and other brits joining in.There was a ceiling fan which was adequate for this time of year, we only used the a/c once. On the whole a lovely relaxing week which was exactly what we wanted.

Room Tip: We were on the fourth floor but if you have a higher room then the sea view is spectacular. Corner r...

My husband and I have just returned from a weeks stay 6th to 13th and were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard as were communal areas. The staff were friendly and helpful if we had any queries. The food was not always as hot as I like it, but there was a microwave for those of us who wished to use it. I sometimes wonder what children eat when people report there was poor selection for them I know all of my grandchildren would have enjoyed what was on There were always plenty of sun beds available with mattresses and the pool area was clean and well kept. For us the location was ideal, very close to the beach and about a twenty minute walk from the centre of town, meaning it was quite quiet. The walk to the town was uphill, but on our second visit we had a taxi which only cost six euros. Yes there are things which could be improved, but I think some people want to pay three star prices and expect five star facilities. We spent our first night in a room without a balcony but were moved the following day to a sea view room with a large balcony (room 820) and were upgraded to fully inclusive for the whole week from half board as compensation. We felt this was a very generous offer. We were holidaying with four friends and we will leave it to them to write their own reviews however i will go so far as to say they also enjoyed their holiday and questioned some of the very negative reviews which have been posted on Trip Advisor. Thank you to the team at Parasol Garden for a lovely holiday.

Room Tip: Room 820 had brilliant views and balcony on the front and side.

I have just returned from a 10 day all-inclusive stay. We arrived late and the guy on reception was very friendly and informed us they had a cold snack waiting for us in the restaurant. Our room was lovely (1011) and had a great sea-view. The next morning reality of this hotel set in! There is not a large choice of food (especially for children) the hot food is normally served cold, bread was mainly stale and tea and coffee is also cold to the extent I had to heat it up in the microwave. After a few days the food was so terrible that we dreaded every meal and just hoped it would be better each time. We are not fussy eaters and I enjoy trying foreign cuisine but this was simply awful and we heard other British guests complaining too! You can’t get a drink between 10am and 11am and when the bar opens, there is a separate area where you help yourself to drinks from the machine, whilst other guests are served at the bar. All drinks are served in plastic cups both day and night including tea and coffee (which is vile). If you want a decent coffee you have to pay for it at the bar. The bar shuts at 11pm and if you still have a drink the lights are turned off and you are left to drink in the dark! We have been on many all-inclusive holidays and we also went to Torremelinos last year. I can honestly say in comparison that this is not good value for money and caters more for the Spanish on a half board /full board basis. Such a shame as the location is great but this is not a hotel for British tourists especially with children and we ended up spending all our time outside of the hotel, paying for drinks and food, so a waste of money going all inclusive in this hotel. Never again!

Room Tip: Rooms on the 10th floor 1010,1011,1012 - all have amazing Sea Views.
