Well- cheap and cheerful it is but it does offer great value for money and has proven to be very popular, reopening after a refurb. Place ur order at the counter and find a seat! Ur name is then called when it is
ready. It is cheap but food is reasonable quality. Great lunch if u r on a tight budget or just want something small but some tables order masses of dishes!! Popular with spanish and international tourists .

We went in here as there wasn't a lot else open at the time, and fancied trying some of the Spanish hams, food was very basic, but then i guess that's the whole idea of this fast food restaurant, didn't like being squashed in, they've packed so many chairs on the terrace once in your chair you can't move, which is a bit difficult when you have to go and get your food when your 'name' is shouted! Perhaps a place to go if you want cheap beer, but not a nice 'Spanish' tapas experience

The manager of my hotel, Villa Albero, pointed this place out on the map she gave me. I went down and had jamon on toast and a nice cool white wine for 3€. The jamon was good quality and very tasty. The wine was nice. Refreshing.
After that I visited several times.
They do a hot chocolate and sugared churros (long donuts) for 2€.
The menu is in several languages and it explains that you order and they'll shout your name or to collect it.
Excellent place to sit and soak up the sun or to shelter from the wind after a nice long walk. Friendly and polite staff.

Walked past McJamon many times but never called in before this visit. Located right on the front near the end of the paseo this place was always busy and at times it was difficult to get a table at lunch time. Must have visited about 5 or 6 times and had the various delicious tosta de jamon (2euros) with a glass of wine or large beer (1.5 euros). The cheapest bottle of wine is 5euros which is quite drinkable early afternoon in the sun with a great view of the sea and people watching. Order and take your drinks from the bar then wait for your name to be called (bingo style) by server and collect your food. Staff are very friendly and fun. Will be back next year to try breakfast and maybe a late night drink.

Went here quite a few nights, small beer only 69 cents, decent glass of wine 2 euros. We tried the Tostas with black pudding, again good value for 2 euros and they came with crisps.
