Los Alamos was recommended by several locals as a nice beach with good food. Easy train ride from Malaga. Chiringuitos up and down the beach. Have to admit that we stopped here because of the combined aroma of hot coals and seafood. The food and service were wonderful. Grilled sardines - very simple, with coarse salt and a light brushing of olive oil - were delicious way to open our meal. The fried baby squid - lightly battered - was an excellent choice as a main course. Too full for dessert. Is it my imagination or have Spanish beers improved in recent years?
