“Great time”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 26, 2013

We are just home from this hotel. We had a family seaview room to give us plenty of room. We had an end room 2007 and this had a very large balcony.
The room was kept clean and bed linen changed regularly.
The food was good.
Would return again to this hotel

Just come back from a 4 day all inclusive break at this hotel with my 4 year old grand daughter. The hotel is just 10 minuets from the airport very well situated right opposite the beach and has everything at hand for kids. The pools are very well attended and the life guards are very allert. The bedrooms are modern clean and plenty big enoughs for 2 people but has we had a 4year old and an extra bed in the room it was a bit cramped, but as we only paid for a standard twin room it is what we expected. The sea view was fantastic. The staff were very pleasant and helpfull. We were all inclusive and the drinks and bar service was excellent. We wasn.t made to feel any different from the paying guest which at some hotels you are.The food was fine but we didnt spend much time in the restaurant so really cant comment much on that. All in all we had a great 4 days and will be returning for longer next time.

Room Tip: if taking children book a family room

Hotel clean and confortable. Towels changed every day, even though they were hung up and not dropped on the floor or put in the bath. Swimming pools attended. Food good and varied. Most enjoyable holiday. Sea views are great.

Room Tip: The balcony on even numbered rooms seem to get the sun in the afternoons.

Stayed here 10/4/13 for one week all Inc. Really enjoyed holiday staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We were in room 2818 this gave us Sun on balcony in afternoon. Would recomend sea view room. Food was excellent we were going to have a few meals out but choice was so good ate in hotel, there was always plenty of choice. when we arrived they sent a tray with water and sweets to room which was a nice touch. Each day fresh bottled water was left in room. There was entertainment each night in hotel. Only thing was cava was not on all Inc but you could buy cheap in supermarkets

Room Tip: Sea view room

This hotel is good, very clean, enough swimming pools very large hotel, good entertainment in evening. Although when we went we read the reviews and everyone mentioned how the food was cold. Well it definately WAS COLD dont know how because even if they brought out a new tray of pizza it was still cold, and the same food everyday. The staff were rude and there is work going on in the indoor pool. Outdoor pool was far too cold to get into. They don't hire beach towels so take your own, no iron and hairdryer is basic. if you book the family room the views are very nice, lovley balcony too. The beach is just across the road.

Room Tip: family room is great a double and two singles with plenty of room

3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2013

We have just arrived back from a quick 5 days break. Check in was quick and we had our room from 12 noon- which meant didn't miss out on our first day here. We had a room on the 10th floor and the view was great. Room itself was okay for a double but as we had our son with us they put another bed at the end of our bed - this made the room 'snug' to say the least. The room was spotless, cleaned everyday and plenty of storage space. We went AI and breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, lunch was okay - lots of choice but the evening menus were not great. I noticed lots of things that seemed to be left over from the lunch menu - but put in a sauce. We ate out on a few nights really just for some choice of food. We stayed by the pool most days and it really is a lovely setting , not sure I would want to go at the height of season though as I think you would need to 'fight' for a sunbed.
We did have an issue with the '2 drinks only' rule, as only the main bar was open I had to traipse across the hotel to get the drinks - I let my feelings be known when they said only 2 - asked if they expected us to leave our child whilst we got the drinks - or do two trips to get the other drink - anyway 'this one' he let me have three drinks - all non alcoholic I might add. I am sure when the outdoor pool bar opens this won't be a problem.
The evening entertainment was okay - mainly aimed at very young children or older people, not much for the 'inbetweeners' - as in not a child or OAP.
It is in a lovely location, just across from the beach and close to the main town area, we went there once and it was okay - not much but okay and good for sitting in a local bar an people watching.
Overall it was okay - it was mainly the food in the evening that let it down

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a sea view - some overlook the carpark and I am not sure I would want to look at...
