We started and ended our tour of Andalucia at this hotel. An ok Hotel, clean, abit dated. Staff were friendly. The pool was good with plenty of seating/beds around, also nice green lawns if you don't want to be by the pool which has a outside bar. Around the hotel is abit sad as so many places shut but 10 min walk in to town or less to the beach and prom with bars and shops. Breakfast was good, also the evening salad bar etc only the hot food slightly letting it down but tends to be usual for big Hotels catering for a lot of people. Yes you do have to clear your plates on to a trolley but is that really so hard!
Liked all the colourful cows about!

Room Tip: We stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and then 1st floor overlooking the lawn, both had vi...

On reading reviews of this hotel on trip advisor we was thinking of giving it a miss so glad we listened and read the good reviews of other people as we had no problems at all a lovely stay at a lovely clean hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite and the staff in restaurant were really hard working. The gardens were well maintained and very pretty.we were given a nice view from our room and also a basket of fruit as it is our anniversary soon. The rooms are cleaned daily beds made nice clean towels no problems there at all. The only down side was the entertainment it wasn't catered for all ages and didn't go on till late and yes the roads by the hotel are run down and shops shut but the short walk to the beach and it's a different story beaches clean restaurants so much choice and plenty if shops. The other downfall is if you go half board you don't even get a glass of water which I think is a must. There is bus stops outside hotel that go to Malaga and various other places and it's only a ten minute transfer to airport. Lovely holiday thankyou to all staff.

We come here every so often for a few days R&R. staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple but clean. Slightly dated but not offensive. Well worth the money to stay here for a few nights or for a week. the pool is nice and there's enough space. I'm not so sure that it's a four star hotel more like 3 but i think in Spain hotels are rated differently to Ireland and UK.

the beach is a five minute walk and is lovely.

There is a train from Malaga airport that will have you in torresmolinos in 15-20 mins. A quick taxi and you're in your hotel. perfect.

Just returned from a week in this hotel if this is 4* then 2 of the stars must have falling out of the sky. Where would you have to clear your own table in between courses at a 4* hotel. the amount of poorly washed plates and CRACKED cups reappearing was on believable. The food was poor and not named, on 1 occasion I asked what the meat was his reply Moo! Moo! Thank heavens for ham and cheese for breakfast and salad at tea time. I and my wife are 60+ and have been on many holidays and can allow for many things but this the worst in many years. This is the 1st time I have ever used Trip Advisor Would I ever go back to Torremolinos Yes Royal Al -Andalus NEVER.

I booked this hotel the night before I travelled. Upon arrival it is clean and tidy. The room was lovely and over looked both the pool and the ocean (in the distance). Took 5 minutes to walk to the beach and 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Torremolinos...getting a cab was easy too!! For the price the food was good...pasta, rices, cold and hot dishes. Plenty of drinks available!! Great hotel for a cheap price!!

Room Tip: Third floor facing the pool - you also get a view of the ocean...very nice!!

Arrived on Wednesday stayed 5 nights all inclusive but to be honest as long as I managed to
Get something for breakfast I could cope.. As we like to eat out in evening!
So breakfast varied from
Morning to morning I am a fussy eater but managed with cereals or toast or ham n cheese toastie, there is a variety of other stuff but just not to my taste! Lunch well lets just say I managed a bread roll.. Lol... But sure what do u expect.. We managed fine with the beer was pretty good so for all inclusive all we really wanted was free drink.. After 5 tho they did snacks at the pool bar these were good burgers, toasties, pizzas these were good to be fair being from
Northern Ireland we enjoy our fast food!
Can't comment on dinner as we didn't eat dinner!
Rooms nice views good size a little worn but hey I didn't pay ritz prices! Bed sheets were changed daily towels etc cleaning was very good!
Front desk staff very helpful tho pool bar people very grumpy they must have forgot we are there for a good time after all is out holiday!
Transfer time nice and short and it may be in a closed down area but 10 mins to the beach and night times were quiet to sleep!
Overall I'd say it isn't 4 but definately a 3 a reasonably priced stay for a short break or up to 7 nights... Definately would go back, no major complaints! As the saying goes you get what you pay for and id say I'd def give this hotel 7 out of 10!
