You could not wish for a better located hotel, right in the centre of the bars and café area good places to eat and great coffee bars and bakeries. The hotel was very good ,clean and well staffed with a happy friendly feel to it. The food as in all these type of hotels was good ,plentiful but repetitive. This hotel is a great starting point for all the other towns and mountain villages on the nearby coast and I would highly recommend it. We will be back.

Room Tip: We were on the back of the hotel with a view of the mountains a pleasant change.

Arrived for a weeks holiday all inclusive. Was a bit wary considering some reviews I'd read. I shouldn't have worried the staff were excellent and the food was excellent too. When I go on holiday I eat traditional food of the area, which this hotel gave you. I was particularly pleased with the seafood on offer on the first night, AMAZING. Lunch was not as good as dinner, however there was always plenty of choice. Breakfast was standard, fried eggs and scrambled eggs every morning, bacon, sausages freshly cooked pancakes with 3 different types of sauce, selction of fruit cheeses and cooked meat. The only thing that let the hotel down was the coffee, which was very poor.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking reception as you can see the sea.

We travelled as 18 girls aged between 19 and 60 for my 40th birthday. Our rooms were great, beds a little hard but fine. Staff a little solemn, food great, we went out as no entertainment, but in my opinion a holiday is what you make it!!!! Ours was thoroughly enjoyable.

Only down thing........ Don't squeeze 9 people in the lift on the side. Only supposed to have 630kg in there and we exceeded that and got stuck. Not a pleasant experience, but our own fault not the hotels.

Can't understand how anyone could moan about this hotel, some people just expect far too much.

WARNING........ We looking to go back next June for my cousins 40th, so if you looking for a peaceful break....... Um maybe don't go between the 16th and 20th.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a week from 12 October. First thing I must point out is that this is definitely not a 4 star hotel - lacking in lots of aspects! Only thing really in its favour is its position to amenities - ie shops, restaurants & beach.

The hotel itself it very outdated &old fashioned! On saying that bedrooms and general lobby were clean. For last 3 days no soap was left for us and floors had not been swept!! Beds awful - too hard - my friend suffers from back pain & it certainly did no favours. Neither of us had a particularly good rest overnight any night!!

The lifts are pathetic - very stuffy - not enough of them for the size of hotel and take for ages to arrive due to the number of guests in question.

At meal times free for all - sometimes staff showing us to table could not be bothered to move and stood at door pointing to tables some distance away! Due to the number of people frequenting the dining room both at breakfast and dinner times - the tables were never laid properly most of the time! in saying that some staff - one girl we noticed in particular, were run off their feet. Not a big enough dining room to put up with throughput of guests!

Also choice&variety of food poor for a supposed 4 star hotel! Large queues even waiting for eggs!

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff on reception were most unhelpful, bar one girl, when asking for information.

We travelled as a group of four adults on 7th. October for one week, on arrival at the hotel reception we were welcomed by a very keen and helpful member of staff, we were allocated rooms 109 and 110 both rooms were of a good standard and whilst the beds were firm everything else was very good. Room 110 has a L shaped balcony with a sea view and a view over the pool area, both rooms were cleaned everyday.
The food in the hotel is above average for an all inclusive deal, with a good selection at all meals, staff were all very pleasant and helpful we can only but praise this hotel and will be back next year

Room Tip: corner rooms have a bigger balconey

Stayed here for 1 week from 30/09/13 in room 109.
Room- Fairly basic but very clean with large balcony overlooking pool. Toiletries suplied for those travellers on hand luggage only. I used bath towel around pool with no problems. Air con worked fine and room was generally very good.
Main pool was popular with the All Inclusive brigade which, as usual, are intent on getting their monies worth!!. No better or worse than anywhere else but it does get it's fair share of drunken, rowdy morons.
The roof top pool was totally the opposite as the bar was closed. Amazing views and a good size pool with just enough sun beds.
Restaurant. Very large but still got crowded even in low season. The staff "drip feed" you in to try and prevent over crowding but it still got a bit silly at times. Food reasonable for buffet style.
Public areas quite good with large reception/lounge area.
Location. Very good, 2 minutes from train station which is a 10 mins 1.70 euro single trip from airport.
Generally very good hotel and for £240 for a week H/B, a reasonable price.

I came there with my wife for honeymoon and I can say, we had a great holidays. First good thing, is location. The hotel based in the best place of Torremolinos, only 10 minutes walk away from the stunning beach, just few minutes from shopping area and the train station. It is so amazing view from the gym area on the top floor. There is a swimming pool, sauna and free sun beds. On the ground is very good swimming pool as well, lots of free sunbeds. You can get drinks in the outside bar during midday, you don't need to come inside bar. Makes you really relaxed.
We booked room with the sea view. The view is so beautiful from balcony (5th floor) and makes you feel very relaxed. It is allowed to take drinks to your room. Staff is so friendly, doing great job, food is excellent. You have big choices at he restaurant.
Just few things which could be improved: 1. Cleaners did't clean room properly, there were dusty floors, especially under the bed. 2. Bed mattress was so hard, sometimes I had to get up at the middle of the night with pain in the back. 3. All inclusive drinks bar finishes at 11 pm. If you just had a dinner at 9 pm and want some cocktails, you must to hurry up as bar will finish very soon and after 11 pm you have to pay for the drinks. 4. No entertainment at all. However, one man was playing on the keyboard on Fridays and Saturdays from 8 pm for few hours. But is was so boring. No music at the bar at all. 5. It was old fashion and style furniture in the room. I can say 80s style. If those 5 things could be improved, we would definitely will choose this hotel as our holidays destiny and will come back every year but next year we will go somewhere else. Maybe to Greece, Maroco, Cyprus or Tunisia.
Anyway, I would recommend this hotel for holidays as it has great location, excellent service and food.

Room Tip: The best way is to pay some extra money and book room with sea view in the middle floor (4-6).
