Owner description: La Quinta Golf & Country Club is designed by three time world champion and Ryder Cup winner, Manuel Piñero it is one of the most attractive courses in the area, accessible to all levels of play. It satisfies the amateur golfer in the same way as the professional. The speed of its greens is noteworthy, as is the quality of the service offered in the golf club.La Quinta has 27 holes, split among 3 nine hole courses, which are completely integrated into a splendid natural landscape of exceptional beauty, from which one can contemplate the Mediterranean Sea which bathes Marbella and the mountains which surround the Benahavís Golf Valley. The combination of these three courses give the golfer a wide choice of possible golf games. The course has been remodelled, both in its design and its technical installations, and has become one of the courses that hosts a European Tour event, testament to which are the various editions of the Benahavis Senior Masters or the Spanish Ladies Open which have been held at the course. The La Quinta Golf ACADEMY, founded in 1990 and pioneer on the Costa del Sol, is headed by Manuel Piñero. It is recognised both nationally and internationally, thanks to its top rate practice facilities and the professional teaching team which gives classes at the La Quinta Golf Academy.Additionally, the new restaurant service on offer at the La Quinta RESTAURANT, means that the golfer can not only enjoy a fabulous day of golf, but can also delight his palate with a wonderful culinary experience thanks to the various restaurants within the complex. Our VENUES are ideal for social Events, Receptions and Wedding celebrations. They enjoy ample natural light and excellent panoramic views of the golf course and the Marbella coastline.

“Nice and simple”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

We were staying within the resort and dined here after a round of golf and on our last evening. The food was very good and the early evening menu was varied and so it suited our 8 yrs old also. The only thing I would say, was that it was a little on the expensive side.

“Bargain Golf”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

Played 18 holes (A + B) and enjoyed every one of them. Tight layout with lots of doglegs and water. In good condition and for 50€ with buggy its a bargain. Changing facilities excellent. Lovely bar/cafe for halfway drinks. Will return.

“You don't need to play golf to enjoy this place.”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

I wanted to simply hit a few balls and have a decent lunch. The club was great on both counts. Either practice next to the bar and restaurant or drive 2 mins to a more extensive practice location where you can also get food and drinks. For me though the chance to hit balls and then walk to a great open air bar with fab views was the obvious choice. I will return for a full 18 holes soon!

“very good”
Reviewed June 23, 2013

This golf course was very good, very challenging but if you are a mid to low handicapper you will certainly enjoy the challenges, the green were in fantastic order and in comparison to some of the very top clubs, this course was very good value.

“Super Venue”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

Just returned from Spain and played this course twice.

The course is impeccably kept and in superb condition from 1st tee to 18th Green, three seperate loops of nine and we played them all and each hole different, a real thinkers course. Good course management will be rewarded with a good score.

Met in the car park with a buggy and got free practice balls.

The food afterward was great and service ok

Go on book it, you wont be dissapointed
